The positive: The hygienist (Kristina, I believe, was her name) was great. I don't think I have ever received such a detailed cleaning before. Dr. Schneider is good as well. He is knowledgable and professional. The negative: Now the reason why the practice is receiving a single star... Every other dental practice I visited, the process was as follows. There was a general checkup, after which I was provided a treatment plan with estimated out of pocket costs based on my insurance coverage, so I could plan my next visits accordingly. This is not the case with this practice. We did briefly discuss the current issues with Dr Schneider, but this was after my dental cleaning, and I was not able to register every single issue he described. I explained to him that I was not able to register everything and asked for a treatment plan based on our discussion, and he assured that I will receive one and that I just needed to ask for it on my way out from the front desk person. On my way out, when I asked for it, I was told that it will be available before my next visit. During my next visit I have not receive anything, so I ended up on the dental chair without any idea on what will be treated and whether my insurance will even cover it. This went so far that in the middle of the procedure, I had to check with the doctor whether my insurance will cover everything we were working on. This put me in a very uncomfortable position, which could have been easily avoided if the billing person provided me with what was requested. After that appointment, I asked once again for the treatment plan with estimates for the remaining work, and this time the doctor himself walked to the front desk and asked the person to make it available to me. Well it has been three weeks and I still have not received anything. I had to call and cancel my remaining appointments due to this and the same person did not even bother to ask what the reason for the cancelation was. Instead they told me "not to worry and that someone else will take the spot", hinting that they did not really care if I would or would not stay with the practice. In addition to the above, with other practices, I always paid my portion upfront, before the treatment. This is not the case with Dr. Schneider's practice. It just seems, the way the billing and the insurance is being handled in this office is in a super old fashion way. This leaves a huge risk of ending up with an unpaid claim and I am not comfortable with this at all. After my first visit, I was so excited that I even recommended my friend this practice, but when they called to check their insurance situation, they were told to "call and check it with the insurance company themselves". When my friend asked if this was not something that they should be doing, the person reluctantly and with an attitude asked for my friend's insurance card to be emailed and provided semi assuring information. Needless to say that my friend decided to pass on the practice altogether. Overall, this is very sad, because the doctor is good as well as the hygienist, but the front desk and the billing leaves much to desire. Because of this the practice lost at least three patienents from my side, including my wife, myself and my friend, who could not even get his insurance situation clarified with them. I wish I knew this, that way I would not spend my last Xray and checkup in this practice and be forced to look for someone else afterwards.

I've been seeing Dr Schneider since 2005 and have been very pleased with his taking care of my dental needs. He and his staff have shown intelligence, compassion and have always had an open ear to listen to my questions and comments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Schneider and his staff for all your dental needs.

Dr William Schiedner has been my dentist since 2016 and I have found him to be very patient oriented. He not only is an excellent dentist he is also an excellent listener who will answer all of my questions, put my care first and help me through the dental challenges (collapsed mouth) that I face. I highly recommend Dr Schiedner.

Dr. Schneider seems dedicated to helping his patients get the best outcome during treatment. I have several cavities and a history of swallowing difficulties, but Dr. Schneider and his assistants have dealt very well with it as they remedy the problem areas. My husband and I have been very satisfied with this dental provider.

First time at Dr Schneider's office and everyone in office super friendly. Dr. Schneider was very thorough and patient with me since I informed him I am not the best dental patient. I felt very comfortable and happy I was referred to him!

"Responded on Friday's request! Visit on 3/10/20 was also good as usual for cleaning & follow-up by Dr. Schneider!" Am not sure why the above is shown! The following will be a post for a cleaning visit on 3/02/21, insert of a temporary crown on 3/25/21 and replacements required on 3/29 & 30 due to difficulties associated with preparing and cementing the part and again on 4/02 due to my accidentally flossing it lose. In all cases, Dental Technician Sheila conducted necessary changes and hopefully, as of this date, the temp will still remain in place until the final crown is set on 4/12. Dr. Schneider and the office staff have been quite good in placing fast visits for the foregoing and deserve my thanks. Ken R.

I have been going to Dr. Schneider for almost 20 years and have referred every single person I know to him. HE IS AN AWESOME DENTIST who you can trust!!! He is extremely patient, detail oriented and provides amazing dental care. His staff is always so responsive and professional. If you are looking for an amazing dentist, please go to Dr. Schneider. Highly recommend!

Dr. Schneider is hands down the best dentist and dental practice anywhere. I've been a patient 27 years and referred all of my friends, family and coworkers to his practice. Dr. Schneider is great. He understands that going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite thing to do, and makes you feel very comfortable when you're there. He's kind, takes his time and is super gentle. Not only that, he's relatable. He gives you options where treatments are concerned. After 10+ years as my dentist, I've always felt like he has my best interest at heart. That is so rare these days. Did I mention that he has a fun sense of humor, too? His staff is great. Jeanette is a constant. She's kind, cheerful, and extremely efficient. She, and the rest of the staff, make me feel like family. So grateful!

Had a long overdo teeth cleaning with Susan. Clean environment, everything was COVID antiseptic and Susan was communicative throughout the whole process. Her skill set is purposeful, detailed and performed with extraordinary ease. Much appreciated the visit and the comfort level throughout the whole appointment. good to see Janet and the good Dr.as well

I requested a visit to Dr. Schneider's office on July 1 because I was having pain in my gums for over a week in an area behind my lower teeth. I was relieved when Jeanette in the front office made time for me to be seen right away. Dr. Schneider's exam and an X-ray relieved my concerns that the gum had was lacerated at the surface but there was nothing deep than that. I have great confidence in Dr. Schneider 's care; he is our family dentist. He explains his findings clearly and I trust him to take the necessary steps to ensure my dental health as well as relieving any worries I may have.
