They try to up charge and do procedures that are not required. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

I would give 5 stars to the receptionist only. She was great with contacting my insurance. I went there in August for pain in my teeth and I was new to the area having moved from Columbus and needing to find a good dentist. I found out I had 3 cavities. He filled one cavity, and set me up for another appointment to fill another. I am a student in Athens so I was hoping to have my cavities filled quickly so I could get back to work and school and put this behind me. This dentist filled one at a time, and it was taking 2 months to fill, so I scheduled closer to my home in Logan. I had to wait for another month for this new appointment but I felt it would be worth the wait. I saw my new dentist in December because I was a new patient. They could not find any of the work that Dr. Medved DDS performed on my 2 cavities! They took pictures and told me they would have to call Dr. Medved to ask what he had done exactly. They could not even figure it out with the X-rays Dr. Medved's receptionist had faxed to them for my appointment. I had to schedule to go back to my Logan dentist and was told Dr. Medved did not do the work on my teeth correctly. In fact, he put sealant over part of my cavity. Thankfully, my Logan dentist knew what to do, and I have no complaints. I never write a bad review, but I felt I should warn others about Dr, Medved. Thank you.

I went too this office for years, trusted them! Gave me a root canal that I found out that I didn't really need and on top of that kept playing games with me on why I was having issues with the same area as many times as I did, I went too them for help about the issue in the first place. Never thought it would be made worse for me, isn't that was the whole point of having a dentist or a doctor. They made me feel horrible like I was making things up....nope I sure wasn't! Had too get treated for a STAPH INFECTION, never said a word to them a about it. Waiting on a call from them about an endodontist results that they referred me too that I never received, which was a few months shy of my 1 year anniversary of the root canal that they performed on my tooth. Today I sure did receive a phone call from this office telling me that this will be the last week my insurance is acceptable with them and pretty much hung up after trying too talk with on understanding why they were....yea, just like I was a nobody, talk about a discrimination case. VERY RUDE!

Went to get my teeth cleaned and ended up with an infection in my teeth I'm pretty sure I need a few pulled but they didn't care they barely looked

Have had a cleaning done by Debbie and she did a great job!! Then went back for a filling and it was a very pleasant and quick visit!! No pain at all! I will keep coming back.

Have had a cleaning done by Debbie and she did a great job!! Then went back for a filling and it was a very pleasant and quick visit!! No pain at all! I will keep coming back.

I was scared to go to a dentist when I was little and I'm 15 I've been going to him for a while and they are all kind and they make you feel comfortable

Get a second opinion. I was scheduled to get two extractions and one root canal.I went to comfort dental and they saved all three teeth. So thankful for comfort dental in lancaster ohio.

I just left this "practice" and will never go back. They didnt even look in my mouth! Went for an issue i was seen for in 2015 and didnt get the extraction i was referred out for. Probably because i was in an auto collision shortly after that but hey, it was 2 years ago... and still my fault for not getting it taken care of. But really, to not even take a peek at the black nastiness in my mouth is just inexcusable. And then to refer me out again with a list of surgeons who arent accepting patients either from my area or with my insurance all the while getting paid for providing no service to me whatsoever. I didnt expect much from this place but to not have a dentist bother to look at my teeth at an appointment is just beyond comprehension. This guy shouldnt even be practicing.
