I am a former patient. Every time I went for an appointment I needed a root canal ? I went to this office for years. Needless to say every tooth that Dr. Hoch did a root canal on became a problem and every one of the teeth needed extracted. The Staff was always great and friendly.

My wife had a root canal and crown inserted 6 months ago and he apparently missed one or even two canals. Now the tooth is causing her serious pain. This requires removal of the crown and another root canal. Even if he acknowledged his mistake and did the rework free of charge, she will not go back to him given the latest experience and to be perfectly honest, marginal previous work. We will just throw another $3000 to a different professional and hope for the best.

I had 3 root canals & crowns put in on 3 front teeth. In 9 months one crown fell off & needed to be reglued & another crown broke off with the tooth in it. I have now gone to see another dentist & all 3 crowns need to be removed because they are not tight enough & food is getting under them decaying the teeth. Hoch refused to see me saying it is not an emergency & 5000 is down the drain because everything he did has to be redone. Trash dentist

I've been a patient of Dr. Hoch's for many years now for my dental work & cleanings. He and All of the staff in this office are wonderful! Dr. Hoch is excellent at what he does and will tell you the truth and discuss your options. He has a great personality & sense of humor and is very knowledgable in his field. He is also talented enough to draw pictures of your teeth upside down-lol! I've had positive experiences with all of the work he and his team have completed. I have recommended him to others in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I've gone in the past and he was great. I went last night. He was rude and dismissive. Spoke to me like I was an idiot. The staff was nice and helpful but he's just an ignorant man with a God complex.

Dr Hoch is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Hoch is courteous and explains in detail the treatment plan and options. I am glad to have such a competent person provide treatment for my dental needs.

Thank the Lord for Dr. Hoch and his wonderful staff. Sly, Lisa, Johnetta, and the rest of the office staff are all super in their roles at the best dentist office. Dr. Hoch is A+. He gives you treatment alternatives, Lisa checks with your insurance, and fully explains pros and cons to choices, as well as the costs. His breadth and depth of knowledge are priceless. He is a great implant dentist, but knows when to send complex cases to an oral surgeon. I feel blessed to have such a accomplished in my town.

My check in at William L. Hoch DMD is very quick. I'm always comfortable scheduling an appointment with this dentist. The practice is clean, and the staff is friendly.
