William J Kowalski DMD Born in Illinois, Dr. Kowalski earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and then went on to receive his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2003. He has been practicing in the Fenton, MO, area ever since. He also received endodontic specialty training and strives to keep himself well-informed by continuing his education several times a year. Dr. Kowalski is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), and he was named as one of 2017s Top Dentists by SH magazine. Additionally, he has gone on mission trips to the Dominican Republic with the Pujols Family Foundation. Dr. Kowalskis goal as a dentist is to help patients take care of their teeth while relieving their unwanted pain.Dr. Kowalski has been married to a pedodontist since 2004, and together, they have one son and one daughter. He is active in his church and the Knights of Columbus. His hobbies include weight lifting, exercising, baseball, basketball, and spending time with his family.
Kelly Dental Assistant/Office Manager Kelly joined our practice in January of 2008, and she loves being part of such a down-to-earth, friendly, and welcoming office. Kelly helps us succeed by making patients feel comfortable, providing them with helpful information regarding their insurance coverage, and keeping everything in order on a daily basis. Kelly grew up in the Daytona Beach, FL, area, and she became a certified dental assistant at Daytona Beach Community College in 1991. In her leisure time, she enjoys snowmobiling, going to the beach, riding one of her three horses, boating, 4-wheeling, and being outdoors. She also has 2 Boxer dogs.

Dr. Kowalski and staff were wonderful. They got me an appointment quickly. I had no pain during or after my procedure. I would highly recommend him. Very friendly and great at his job

I needed a root canal on short notice. Dr. Kowaski was able to work with my schedule and got me in to evaluate and treat me within a few days. The root canal experience was quick and painless. And the tooth is doing great! I highly recommend him for any root canal treatment. The staff was nice too!

Way way way overpriced for services, even with dental insurance. Never have i ever had a medical bill charge interest. Even with a monthly payment, they charge a 1.5% interest monthly on unpaid balances. No, you did not inform me that my insurance was out of network. I would not have returned for the appointment if i had known. Secondly, everyone World wide has been effected with Covid this last year. The least you could do is allow monthly payments without interest. Truthfully, to strive better, you should also reconsider your possibilities, when you have a very rude receptionist. Have a blessed Holiday!!

Highly recommend! Dr Kowalski was amazing with my 12 yr old son who was terrified. My son felt no pain and has a renewed faith in going to the dentist!

I had an infected root canal that another Doctor could not figure out where my infection was coming from. Dr. Kowalski found the problem and was able to get down to the root of the issue ( pun intended )...explained everything, nice staff I would recommend

I was referred to Dr Kowalski by my current dentist to treat a tooth that's already had a root canal done by another dentist years ago. I was seen on short notice at a time when other doctors are shutting their doors to outside patients. My ordeal is not over but I am no longer in pain, and Dr Kowalski referred me to a surgeon that's going to take care of me in a matter of days.

Dr. Kowalski does not stand by his own work. My son had several root canals performed by him, now there is infection in the root and he won't see him because he doesn't want to allow this to be a free session. He did however take his money for the unsatisfactory work. I do not recommend him. Plus his receptionist is very rude.

Dr. Kowalski and his staff are so amazing!! I was terrified of having a root canal, and he made it so easy and PAIN FREE!! I was 100% impressed with his knowledge, compassion, and he is hysterical to listen to while he is working on your teeth. He made a scary procedure quick and painless, I will recommend him to anybody!!

Dr. William J Kowalski is the best I say again the best Endodontics there is in St. Louis, don't cut yourself short and go anywhere else. He made complex procedure seem like walk in the park. Don't let insurance companys decide or tell you what Doctor should or not do trust him completely.

You might have to wait for Dr. Kowalski for a bit, but he's well worth it. He has completed 3 root canals on me and I'm so relaxed I almost fall a sleep. He's the best, so be patient!
