Dr. Irby welcomes patients with or without insurance but they do not except Optima Health. This is fine but Karen was telling me to go find a dentist that is in Farmville. They are 3 miles from my home. Farmville is 45 miles. My jaw locked on me three times yesterday which was very scary. I called 911. Karen started talking to me about a hard mouth piece that costs 600 dollars. I wear one at night and have for years. I did not feel welcomed or wanted by her. She also told me that in this area there is a high demand and not enough Dentists. If I would pay as an uninsured patient it would be a month before I could be seen. I'm making this review because there was no empathy. I found them because of their website. They care so much about us. Can you imagine how you'd feel if your jaw locked up and was treated as if it was nothing. Just go to the ER and the ER here tells you it's only for emergencies.

Highly recommend!! Very friendly/family feeling. Gentle!! Listens to you!! Takes time to discuss your options. Gives honest opinion. Very reasonable/affordable! By far best experience at a dentist in my life! Will do the best affordable option he can! "Not just the exspensive way." Looking for a great dentist at a affordable price?? This is the place!!

I had a great experience here. Dr. Irby is patient and made me feel at ease. Staff are very polite. I highly recommend!
