Dr. Bill Ziecina has lived in the metro Detroit area his entire life. He graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School in 1994 and has been in practice for over seventeen years.If you know Dr. Bill, you know he is a Spartan Alumni. He graduated from Michigan State University and the Lyman Briggs School earning a degree in LBS-Biology in 1998. Dr. Bill completed his dental training at the University of Detroit-Mercy.
Since graduating in 2003, he continues the commitment of learning through attending various continuing education courses on a regular basis. Dr. Bill finds that helping people improve their oral health as well as their overall health is extremely rewarding. His very thorough explanations will ensure that the patients understand everything about their treatment before it is started. Dr. Bill appreciates that every patient has unique dental needs and goals. He embraces patients individuality and treats each patient with the utmost of care and compassion. He treats every patient as if they were a member of his own family.
Amanda has been a hygienist for over 16 years, and in the dental field since 1995. She has lived in the metro Detroit area her entire life. In fact, she and Dr. Bill lived one street away from each other when they were growing up.
She graduated from Henry Ford II High School and took a position at an orthodontist office shortly after graduation. After working in the orthodontic field for five years, she realized that dentistry was her passion and decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene.
Amanda attended The University of Michigan and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. She regularly attends continuing education courses to stay up to date on current techniques and help her patients maintain excellent oral health. Her goal as a hygienist is to make her patients feel comfortable in the chair while practicing evidence-based hygiene.
Megan brings with her an ambitious attitude and outgoing personality! Megan seeks to ensure that all of our patients are treated with the highest level of professionalism, yet, are made to feel comfortable and right at home. Shell spark up a conversation with you about anything from camping outdoors to spending time with family, or talking about your pearly whites! Megan takes pride in her ability to provide top-notch patient care. If there is anything you may ever need, dont hesitate to ask.
Leah has been in the dental field for over 6 years. Although her specialty is at the front of the office, she will be expanding her knowledge to include patient care. Regarding dentistry, Leah loves everything about it and is excited to see where the dental field takes her. She enjoys dancing, meditating, and spending time with her family.

All 3 of my girls went to see Dr. Z today. Everyone was wonderful from the first phone call I made to the minute we walked out the door. We felt welcomed and great about our switch! My youngest got in the car and asked when her next appointment was! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!

Dr. Bill is amazing, my children love him and my son, who is often nervous, always has a great experience and has no pain during his dental procedures. My kids and I also love Ms. Amanda, she makes us feel very at home. Leah, is also so sweet and we all adore her. We really love this entire dental practice!!!

Dr. Z is the best Dentist that I've ever had. His staff is always friendly and welcoming. They have flexible hours to meet anyone's schedule and they are conveniently located at 24 and Vandyke in Shelby Township. I highly recommend!

The staff has a way with making its patients (adults and children) feel at ease with each visit. As someone that struggled with immense anxiety and fear from childhood and young adulthood dentist experiences, this practice was extremely patient. Their welcoming and personable environment is calming and their professionalism and timeliness is appreciated.

This was my boyfriend and I's first time at a new dentist and it couldn't have been a better experience! From making the appointment to the end of our cleaning, we were made to feel comfortable. Brought my daughter in for a second opinion concerning a chipped tooth. Dr Ziecina was able to fix the tooth and filling and preserve the otherwise healthy molar. Very grateful and will be switching to Dr Ziecina.
