I would like to start by saying I never give negative reviews as such (please review my previous reviews of other businesses). We have always loved it there, and the staff is great! Now that we have no dental health insurance, my mind has quickly been pushed to feel that the billing is unethical. Generally, heath care practices always bill insurance double what they feel they will be paid. They then write off the rest of the amount. For self pay patients, the practice generally has a set fee schedule for self pay patients. This cost is usually always the amount that they would be reimbursed from an insurance company. Here's what does not sit well with me. We were charged $254 for a dental cleaning, x-rays, and the extra $10 covid ppe fee (don't get me started on this. Most ETHICAL practices would never pass this on to a patient, and only pass this on to insurance companies). This is the amount that is always billed to insurance, and they always write off 50%. Why is this not the same for cash pay patients? I'm sorry that I have had to take this to Facebook, but I have given the practice the opportunity to call me (and have not received a call back)

Quick fast and painless. Took my 4 year old in with a tooth issue answered all my questions. Never made my daughter feel scared, she loved them and made follow ups easy.
