Dr. William Poole has been in practice in Leola since 2001. After growing up in Leola and graduating from Conestoga Valley High School, Dr. Poole focused on pursuing his dental degree. This led him to Philadelphia to study Biology at La Salle University and obtain his B.A. degree in 4 years. Dr. Poole then completed four years of rigorous dental education at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.

Flossing cleans the plaque and bacteria from between your teeth. This area is left untouched by brushing alone. The areas between teeth are frequently effected by decay and periodontal disease when flossing is neglected.

Very pushy, was told I had 4 cavities that needed filled. My financial situation did not allow for me to get them all done so I chose 2 of the worst to fill. I was berated and essentially told I wasting Dr. Poole's time. Very uncomfortable experience when going to the dentist is not a fun experience to begin with.

I asked if the took my insurance back in early 2020. Due to covid they pushed my appointment back, which was fine. Then I lost my job, and had to cancel. Then I got new insurance (the same exact plan) and asked again if they took it, and they said yes. I scheduled an appointment. Now it's the end of 2020. They have me fill in all my paperwork online. They said it was all accepted when I came in. They asked me a few questions and got to cleaning. Again all so far so good. Then after the cleaning I come out to pay my copay/ reschedule for 6 months, and the lady at the counter says "I trust the doctor told you the situation with your insurance", I said, "when I scheduled the appointment they said they took my insurance and I would have a small copay", she said "well we stopped taking that insurance a couple weeks ago, you'll have to file out of network". So now what was a $15 dollar appointment is going to cost me $100+ because they didn't share that information with me. Likely with many other patients too. This is highly unethical, especially during a PANDEMIC! My insurance has never costed me even a copay before, why would I go to a new dentist that doesn't accept it? Oh that's right, I WOULDN'T! Shady company

This is a wonderful office. The office staff works so well together and Dr. Poole is efficient and makes the time in the chair comfortable.

Every time I have my teeth cleaned, the staff always treated me with kindness and respect, including Dr. Poole!!! Yes, I would recommend this Dentistry Practice to everyone!!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. Convenient hours for me to go before or after work. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in to get called back. Dr. Poole is always very nice and genuinely cares about his patients. A great, local dental practice!

Recently had one of the best cleanings of my life! I was overdue, so Sue was extremely thorough, gentle, and efficient. Dr. Poole was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made some recommendations for my smile without pushing anything on me. We will be back next week with my child. Very impressed with the entire staff's friendliness and welcoming nature. You can tell they are invested in caring!

If you're looking for a dentist you will not go wrong with Dr Poole, he is professional and furthermore, personable, which I find to be a important quality in a professional. My wife and son are very satisfied with Dr Poole and his staff.

After multiple poor experiences with my prior dental office I made the switch to Dr. Poole. Why didn't I do this sooner??? The entire visit was positive. The staff and office were pleasant and professional My hygienist was top notch!
