Our front desk administrative team is well trained to help you with any questions that you may have regarding scheduling, financial or insurance issues as well as facilitating any paperwork that may aid you in receiving any insurance reimbursement.
Our surgical assistants are trained in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support with additional training for surgical assisting by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Our staff is also well trained in the use of Universal Precautions and the latest in sterilization procedures. Continuing education is very important in staying current with the latest technological advances in our specialty.

Dr. Storoe currently serves as a board member or Trustee in The Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also serves as the Chairman for Legislative Affairs and FLOMSPAC for The Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has served both on the boards and held several offices in both The Alachua County Dental Society and The Suwannee Valley Dental Society. He currently serves as the President of both The Alachua County Dental Society and The Suwannee Valley Dental Society.
Dr. Storoe is active in the local community with several charity projects and donations. He also donates time and his professional services regularly through We-Care and The Acorn Clinic, and annually through Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Storoes Professional honors include fellowship status in The American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Academy of General Dentistry, Pierre Fauchard Academy International Honor Dental Organization and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Storoe holds Diplomat Status in the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology. Dr. Storoe has received several peer awards, including the Young Eagle Award and Committeeman of the Year Award from the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Storoe and his family moved to the Gainesville area in 2002 and have enjoyed the north central Florida lifestyle. Dr. Storoe enjoys many outdoor activities and is an accomplished artist. Dr. Storoe enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, who keep him busy when he is not taking care of his patients.
Dr. Storoes vast background, both civilian and military, have afforded him a great wealth of experience to deal with the many different situations and personalities that present to his office, to allow him to care for his patients in a family oriented, caring environment, catering to his patients needs and desires.

I had an oral surgery consultation for wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Storoe. He thoroughly explained all of the details to me and examined my X-rays thoroughly before deciding the correct procedures we will do. I am a working professional, and after 2 to 3 weeks, I would like to get back to my daily routine. I hope and trust Dr. Storoe will be able to make this happen! This isn't anything new to him. He has been doing it for long time. I also had a follow-up phone consultation with him with additional questions I had after my in-person consultation, and he explained and answered everything thoroughly. I really truly hope my surgery will be a success and that I'll have a speedy recovery!

Dr. Storoe and the nurses were extremely welcoming and kind, they were very patient and knowledgeable about the procedure that they were doing. I felt as if I was in good hands despite all of the worries I had. The procedure went by in the blink of an eye and the recovery process is extremely easy !

Dr. Storoe and his ENTIRE staff were so very kind! I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, they were very thorough with me on what the process entails. I chose to be sedated and Dr. Storoe placed my IV like a champ! I always have the worst luck with that. The doctor himself called me that same day after surgery to make sure everything was going good! I followed their directions exactly and healed perfectly. I couldn't recommend a surgeon more.

Dr. Storoe and his entire staff are true gems. I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled in January 2022, one of which was embedded. Everything was explained to me in detail, and all of my concerns were answered. They put me to sleep, did the extractions, and I was out of there... easy peasy lemon squeezy. Follow up was also a breeze. I recommend Dr. Storoe and his team to anyone looking for a great oral maxillofacial surgeon.

He was amazing!! For starters I have NEVER been able to have anyone be able to start on IV on me because my veins are so small and deep but he did it first try no issues!! He was super helpful and even called later that evening to check in on me after the surgery! I defiantly recommend him to anyone if you want your teeth pulled right!! Thanks again Dr!

Dr Storoe and his staff were nothing short of amazing. I ended up in his office due to an emergency, but will be his patient moving forward! He thoroughly explained the procedure, his staff made sure I fully understood my home care, and Dr. Storoe called me this evening to ensure I am doing well in this process.

This dude is no joke. Went in to get my wisdom teeth pulled. They brought me in room, gave me nitrous for like 2 minutes, then the dentist comes in real quick with needle and numbs me up. Tests to see if I am numb and before I knew it both teeth were out and I was done. Dr. Storoe does not play, man goes straight to business. Highly recommend him, would do it again if I had more wisdom teeth. I barely feel any discomfort today.

I avoided getting my wisdom teeth out for as long as possible because I'm a super high anxiety patient. Dr. Storoe said the most complicated part would be my emotional state (LOL) and he was right! He did a great job, zero issues or complications. The office staff made sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. If I had to do it again, I'd be back in his chair! Thanks to Dr. Storoe for getting me through my worst nightmare!

I never write reviews but I simply had to let everyone know that this was the best experience I have ever had with a dental service. Everyone was so professional and welcoming and the amount of knowledge and expertise was outstanding. I had to get a wisdom tooth taken out and I would never consider going anywhere else when I have to get my next ones out. If you are reading this stop now because you found what you are looking for. I have severe dental anxiety and can barley help but start shaking when I am in an operating room and I didn't have any anxiety as soon as I got back there with everyone. You won't find a better place!

The doctor and assistants were all great. I just had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and have very little pain today. It was also all done within an hour and a half. I personally went with IV sedation but was super nervous about the procedure in general. They assured me I would be fine and made me feel at home. Great place and I highly recommend it!!

Went in for just a consultation. His staff isn't the friendliest. Waited a long time to see the Dr. The Dr himself is very knowledgeable and experienced and will listen to your concerns and try to work with you the best he can within his scope of practice. Him, I am happy with. His staff not so much. Update: 2 star to 1 star. Per the response to my review, I intended to call the office and voice my concerns. I was not given that opportunity. The Dr called me personally to cancel my appointment and dismiss me as a patient. I have severe anxiety due to past trauma from Drs and although Dr Storoe was empathetic and understanding, other members of his staff treated me with disrespect and this was my reason for the review.

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and the bottom two Doc had to cut out due to some nerves interfering. Dr. Storoe is a stern man but he knows exactly what he's doing and got the job done. I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else! Oh and the staff couldn't have been more friendlier! Go to Storoe!

I went in and got all 4 wisdom teeth removed it was pain free quick and easy got laughing gas so I didn't feel a thing overall dr storoe and his team are excellent.

I had my bottom wisdom teeth extracted last September - the procedure went smoothly with no pain! I was understandably apprehensive but Dr. Storoe and his staff were warm, welcoming, and answered all of my questions alleviating my concerns. He even called me later that day to check on me. I highly recommend his office and would certainly go again.

Had to have 6 teeth removed, two of them being wisdom teeth and getting 2 bone graphs, and I couldn't be happier! The staff was awesome and showed a lot of care to the point of even wiping sweat off my forehead during surgery. The surgery itself was very quick and smooth and pain free for the most part all things considered, oh yeah and the Doc even called me himself hours later to check up on me make sure I was doing alright, I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of extraction.

I went to Dr. Storoe's office for an extraction of an extra tooth I had. He and his staff were very friendly, informative, and efficient. I did not wait long for anything. Everyone was very attentive. Dr. Storoe and the staff seemed familiar with how to deal with my insurance company to make sure they cooperated with coverage. Best of all, the extraction itself took about 1 or 2 minutes! No breaks. He maneuvered it out with accurate and efficient precision. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed a few years back and that was nowhere as smooth as Dr. Storoe's work. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had my wisdom teeth removed several weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with Dr. Storoe and his office. His entire team is incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Storoe has an impressive amount of knowledge & went above and beyond for me. I immediately knew I my teeth were in the right hands. I highly recommend him and his team!!!
