I've been struggling to find a good dentist since moving to the Bay Area a few years ago and have finally found a great dentist with Dr Kevin Asai!! My previous dentist was never very thorough with my routine cleanings. I just didn't get that "fresh from the dentist clean" that I always looked for. After a couple years of mediocre cleanings, she suggested that a deep cleaning procedure was "needed" that would cost extra. Hmm. Dr. Asai explained how to get my oral health back on track without any extra procedures or costs. His cleaning was thorough but gentle. He checked-in on my comfort throughout my examination and cleaning (which was really satisfying after years of bad ones--like scratching the itch you can't reach!). He seems like a honest person who genuinely wants to provide the best care for his patients. So happy to have finally found my dentist!!

Dr. Kevin Asai is great!! I am no stranger to jaw pain, but it's been a while since I've had it locked and irritated for a long period of time. I love going to the dentist, so I'm never nervous, but even if I was, Dr. Kevin makes everything comfortable and easy! He took a look to make sure everything was ok and gave me stretches to do so I could finally open my mouth up again to eat decently. A couple of weeks afterwards with some check-ins and I'm good as new! No more locked jaw or jaw pain!

I've gone to have my teeth cleaned and have Invisalign done with Dr. Kevin Asai within the last two years. I have nothing but great experiences from him and his staff! The front desk staff is always nice and accommodating right at the point of check in. The wait times are never long (which are very much appreciated). Dr. Kevin Asai is always friendly and is thorough with his exams. My teeth were never sensitive or sore after cleaning, and my Invisalign helped so much with my underbite and overall alignment. I can come to this office not feeling a bit stressed or anxious. I'll be continuing to come here for annual teeth cleanings and as needed check ups. I highly recommend this family owned business!

This is a long overdue review of Dr. Kevin Asai's excellent work. My entire family goes to Dr. Asai's office for years now and he has done an incredible job with the basic cleaning, fillings, crowns, etc but what sets him apart from many dentists is that he listens to his patients. During the pandemic, I cracked my front teeth and because they've worn out over the years, he suggested crowns. I'm so glad I took his suggestion because I'm no longer embarrassed of showing my teeth. I am so grateful because the procedure boosted my confidence and I now have an even bigger smile. I really appreciate that Dr. Kevin puts great effort into ensuring healthy teeth through bi-annual maintenance but also helps his clients achieve beautiful results with procedures that improve their teeth and smile.

Dr. Kevin Asai is my family's primary dentist and the experience is always the BEST! Friendly staff and Dr. Asai is super knowledgeable. We moved to Sacramento about a year ago, but we still prefer do visit Dr. Asai's office! Highly recommended to all

It's no exaggeration to say that Dr. Kevin Asai is the best dentist I've ever had. Like many people, I've had a number of painful and frightening experiences with dentists over the years, and needing dental work or even a routine cleaning used to make me quite anxious. But Dr. Asai is truly in a league of his own. I became his patient in the middle of some painful dental issues that were inadequately addressed by my previous dentist, and from the very first moment, Dr. Asai made me feel calmer and more comfortable. He took my concerns seriously, genuinely listened to my questions, and also asked a number of his own to get down to the root of the problem (no pun intended). It was clear that he didn't see me as just another patient on his schedule; he truly wanted to understand my issue and find the most effective and least invasive way to take care of it. And that is precisely what he did and continues to do with every visit. Right after that first appointment, I knew Dr. Asai would be my regular dentist from here on out, and ever since then, he has been a pleasure to work with. He always takes time to answer my questions, explain treatment options, and even ask about my family. Amy always greets me at the front desk and is one of the warmest and most welcoming people I've ever met. She has taken extra time to help me maximize my insurance benefits, and she patiently helps me find appointment times that fit my schedule. Her kindness always puts me at ease. And for the gentlest and most thorough routine cleanings, I schedule with Tassia every time. She's extra careful with my sensitive teeth and gums, and I leave her chair feeling squeaky clean. I'm incredibly grateful for this one-of-a-kind team. Thank you so much!

I have always had a bad experience with dental offices since I was a kid, I searched through many offices until I found this one and I am so happy I did! Ive never had a pleasant office visit and I can honestly say I almost fell asleep in Dr.Asai's chair and didn't feel a single thing. He & the staff are all so nice and explain everything throughout the process. Finally found a dentist I trust, if your thinking about visiting his office I highly recommend :)

Kevin is the man! We were looking for a new dentist in the area and are happy to have found Kevin. The office was clean and abided by all COVID rules. I have been seeing Dr. Kevin Asai for a few years now at Asai Dental Group and I appreciate his gentle touch and attention to detail. I have been getting routine cleanings for a few years which has always been a smooth and seamless experience. Recently I had a repair done on a tooth that was slowly getting damaged from grinding my teeth overnight - friends/family had mentioned this to me before but none of my previous dentists had ever spotted the problem. The repair was done and I had a mouthguard created shortly after to preserve my teeth moving forward. Going to the dentist can be a nerve wracking experience but the staff at Asai Dental Group makes it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend the Asai Dental Group to anyone looking for a family friendly dentist.

I've been to several dental offices in four different states and this one has been the absolute best. Both Dr William Asai and Dr Kevin Asai are so passionate about their work and it shows through every interaction they have with their patients and their staff. Never have I once felt like I was being sold a treatment or a product, which wasn't the case at some other offices I've been to. I felt like they truly care about each patient's needs as they take their time to listen to your concerns and walk you through what they can do to help you improve your oral health. Even though I don't live in CA anymore, I was so happy with everything there that I've decided to fly back if I ever need any major dental work done. I highly recommend you give them a call if you're looking for a dentist!

After I moved back home after going to school in SoCal for 8 years, I was sad to find out my childhood dentist retired. When I was in SoCal I tried out several different dentists, but I could never find one that I really liked since I have high standards for my dentist. That is until I found Dr. Asai! I had Dr. Kevin Asai who I believe is Dr. William Asai's son and love the family practice feeling of the clinic. Dr. Asai welcomed me and what I really enjoyed was how knowledgeable he was and how he took the time to explain everything he did and why it was important. He did a high quality job on cleaning my teeth and answered any questions I had. A lot of previous dentists I experienced always pressured me to have various procedures I wasn't sure was necessary, but I did not feel that way at all with Dr. Asai! I know a lot of people dread going to the dentist, but he is very gentle yet effective and I highly recommend him!
