I recently started going to Dr. Pomerantz , he is beyond a wonderful dentist and his staff is fantastic as well . Would absolutely recommend

I must say that Dr. Pomerantz is second to none. He is the most patient and caring dentist one could be treated by. At a time where I was struggling, he stood by my side until the job was completed. Patience is a virtue... Don't want to leave out his staff, hygienist, assistant and Fran at the front desk. I truly recommend Dr. Pomerantz for any of ones dental needs. Thank you Dr. Pomerantz and staff...

I've been going to Dr. Pomerantz for many years now and he is always been very patient and gentle and takes the time to explain things before he does them to ensure I have the best painless experience possible. This along with his wonderful, caring staff and modern technology helps to reduce my fears and anxiety associated with going to the dentist.

I have to first say, I do not like writing bad reviews but this was a necessary one. Our family has been going to Dr. Pomerantz for over 20 yrs and he is a wonderful dentist. Unfortunately we have left his practice due to his unprofessional and rude front desk Manager, Fran. Fran claimed my son missed his appt and was charging a $50 fee. When he called to say he never made an appt nor received a text she stated it is his reponsibility to update his phone number so they can contact him for a future appt. When he replied he will not be making another appt, she actually said to him "to have a nice life" and hung up on him. It is unfathenable that a receptionist would speak to a patient like that let alone a so called manager especially the fact she has been with the practive as long as we have been patients there. With a 20 yr relationship with Dr. Pomerantz, my husband called to inform him that we will no longer be seeing him as our dentist due to Frans disrespect and incompetent nature which has become worse throughout the years. Not once did Dr. Pomerantz try to smooth things over or even call us back to try and keep us as patients, which was very disheartening. We have since found a new Dental practice who has wonderful and pleasant front desk staff. It is very unfortunate that Dr. Pomerantz had to lose 3 loyal patients due to his staff.

I was very pleased with the services provided by dr pomerantz and his staff on my first visit. Everyone was very thorough and left me very confident that my dental issues will be resolved successfully I will be speaking with my cardiologist regarding Premedication prior to my next appointment and hope to be able to have that appointment next week or the following week I will be speaking also to dr roche and tell him about my experience at your practice.,,...he is a patient there too

Unprofessional, rude receptionist who is slow and thinks she has the best job. Oh they charge $50 just to reschedule an appointment..... RIP off. Do not go here people.

I have been going to Dr. Pomeranz for 26 years. He has always been there when I had a problem. He and the whole staff are wonderful.
