He received his DMD degree from Oregon Health Sciences University, School of Dentistry in 1987 and his Prosthodontic specialty certificate from Indiana University, School of Dentistry in 1991. He is an associate professor at OHSU School of Dentistry, Director of Capitol Study Club for Excellence in Dentistry, guest lecturer, and full time practitioner of restorative dentistry.

Achieving exceptional outcomes is what drives Dr. Levine. He has a passion for clinical dentistry, whether performing full mouth reconstructions on natural teeth, implant restorations, or removable prostheses down to the smallest filling. Other areas of expertise are in treatment planning (other dentist often seek his advice on what and how to plan treatment for their own patients), all restorative phases of implant prosthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, TMD, and dental sleep medicine. No size of restoration is too small. He enjoys doing single teeth to the entire mouth.

He is the founder and Director of Capitol Study Club for Excellence in Dentistry, a continuing education study club based in Salem, Oregon. They are affiliated with the prestigious Seattle Study Club. Capitol brings in speakers from around the world to enhance the members dental knowledge and skills in a small group environment.

Dr. Levine takes the time to discuss and assess the concerns, desires, and needs of each patient. After a thorough and comprehensive exam, he develops treatment options addressing the specific needs and concerns for the patient. It is important to Dr. Levine that his patients feel comfortable and understand their treatment choices. He spends as much time as the patient requires, explaining the options in a caring, comfortable, and non threatening manner.

Dr. Levine is married and has two children. One, a recent graduate from Southern Oregon University, while the other attends Columbia College. In his spare time he loves to scuba dive, travel, hang out with his family, compete in triathlons, camp, and read.

I don't often write reviews, so when I do, it is extremely meaningful and from the heart. I have been seeing Dr. Levine for over a year now- and I can say that in my 65 years on this beautiful planet I have seen literally dozens of dentists. I had several teeth worked on, replacing older and failing dental work including 2 front teeth with fillings that had grayed and caused my smile to show a dramatic difference in color. Dr. Levine took the time to explain all my options and listen to all of my concerns. His work was suburb! I am a red head and it takes more Novocain to numb me- I felt nothing! Even the shots were a breeze! Another reason I have found my "forever dentist" is his Dental Hygienist Emily Rose Miller- her care and expertise is the best I have ever received. She is quick and exact in her perfection of her work. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I give them a A+ in every category!

Came to see Dr. Levine after several years of dental disasters at the hands of other dentists. My mouth was a mess! Dr. Levine didn't lecture. We talked for a long time. He suggested ways of repairing all the damage. The experience was a very low stress environment. I felt safe and comfortable. He made sure I understood what was happening and I felt comfortable asking a lot of questions and making my own suggestions. There is still more to do, but after three visits I have both my smile and my bite back. . . Seeing him has been the best thing I could have done for my teeth and my health. Worth every penny!
