My daughter has had multiple surgeries at this office. Some have had great results so have not. We will not be returning for a few reasons. One being that at nearly every fallow up appointment the doctor looks at the wrong area and the nurses have to correct him. The second is there billing makes no sense. Because of how expensive these surgeries are we have made it a point to find out exactly what our portion of the bill was going to be prior to any surgeries and paid prior to the surgery to make sure we had the funds in our flexible spending account to cover each surgery. Now all of a sudden 9 months later they're telling us we owe over $2000 for a surgery that happened back in January. It's been about 2 weeks ago they called and sent a bill making us aware of this, to our knowledge we where paid in full. She has had a few more surgeries since January. I requested they sent me a detailed bill to try and make heads or tails of what we owed, (because i do recall receiving a check from the insurance company and a refund from the office that i drove down there and made sure wasn't a mistake)they did that. Now I'm trying to get ahold of them to have them go over it with me so i can pay the portion that I can see we might owe. Now I am told every time( 2 weeks in a row) that the office manager is not in and at this point I'm being told she should be in on Wednesday of next week AND SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN HANDLE IT. Update, I have been in touch with the doctor and his office manager since I posted this. They have both gone out of there way to help me work through the crazyness of insurance. I'm confident moving forward this will be resolved. I do believe the core of the problem is insurance, which Kahra has worked on with use extensively at this point. Only time will tell if insurance comes through or not. I truly appreciate them taking time out of there busy schedule to help get this resolved.

Dr. Colin and his staff are the best. From the time you walk in, they make the whole experience very pleasant. Even though I threatened to do so, I never placed a flaming bag of dog poo on Dr. Colin's doorstep! Seriously, it is a great team there!

Paid in advance for two implants. Room for only one. Waiting eight months for refund of 50 per cent of my prepaid amount. Billing office is non-responsive for months. No evidence of refund for the prepaid implant that was never received. INo one is eager to enter the dentist's office. I was met by a woman with glaring red eyes, right arm fully extended overhead, waving statemens yelling at me. The statements failed to show a credit for the implant I never received. She then said if I didn't pay in full right then and there, I would be denied treatment. It's illegal to deny care, especially with zero notice. Bunch of greedy crooks. Also not wearing face masks. Not in compliance with the State of Oregon Dept of Health. Zero respect for the patient. I will never return. The new dentist said I need grafts on two teeth. The previous dentist in this office whom I saw for years never mentioned that. Nor did my regular dentist of 18 years, nor does my current dentist. The new guy here is looking for work obviously. This place is being investigated by the Oregon State Board of Dentistry.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Graser and his team and it went incredibly smoothly. I have extensive work that needs to be done and I feel comfortable going forward with Dr. Graser. Solid guy! -GM

I have my favorite dental hygenist at this office, and she always takes good care of me. My gums have improved tremendously and I enjoy being welcomed as a friend.

If you have to have a gingival graft, this is the place to have it done. I just had a gingival graft done yesterday. The staff and assistant were very pleasant. The assistant put me at ease and answered almost all my questions. Dr Graser answered the rest. He was personable as well as professional and, I believe, extremely proficient. He used the right amount of anesthetic, so I didn't have to wait for hours and hours after the procedure for it to wear off, and the roof of my mouth, from whence the graft was taken, already feels almost normal (no loss of sensation). If I have to have another graft, this is where I'll go (even though it's not in my network).

Today I just had my second gum graft. The front desk gals are so welcoming and friendly, the gal who got me ready explained what she was doing and put me at ease as I would be awake for this one. She really was great! Dr. Hofbauer is awesome. She said I should not feel any pain and if I did to let her know, well, no pain! They both would ask me if I was doing alright off and on. As she was doing the stitches I was wondering if she ever did embroidery as a child. Hmm. The things we wonder while we are in a dentist chair. And the care continues at the follow up visits. I highly recommend. Thank you everyone! Stephanie

The care I receive from Dr. Hofbauer and her staff has been excellent, but I paid out of pocket twice from this office due to inconsistencies with them checking my available coverage and discounting the information I told them in order to ensure payment through my dental coverage.

I've been going to Dr. Hofbauer for years and have always found her and her staff to be professional, courteous, and willing to take all the time I need to answer my questions. I am completely satisfied with the work I have had done in her office, which includes a couple of surgeries on my gums. I have my teeth cleaned quarterly by Nettie, who has managed a minor miracle and gets me to relax while she's working on me.

Our pediatric dentist recommended this office to us for my daughters gum surgery and I must say, I couldn't be happier. During our pre op appointment the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and eager to answer questions. Dr. Hofbauer was very thorough in explaining the procedure and was very warm and calm in her delivery. (Exactly what my 13 year old daughter needed). On the day of her surgery, my daughter was a little nervous but she said the Dr. talked to her the entire time and was very comforting. In addition, they provided lavender scented towels to assist in easing her anxiety and gave her the absolute best care. After the procedure the staff was great about going over the care plan and one lady even walked out to the car to give my daughter a dose of Tylenol since she was starting to feel a little discomfort. Later in the evening the Dr called me from her personal cell phone to see how she was doing and to answer any questions we had. SHE IS AMAZING! Genuinely cares for people, and wants to provide THE BEST care to her patients. I'd highly recommend this doctor and her team to anyone who needed it.
