Not entirely sure why there have been so many bad reviews here. The experience I have had coming here is amazing. They truly make you feel at ease and I asked a ton of questions. I always have a hard time going to the dentist because of anxiety but they made it very comfortable for me so thank you.

I have been a member of the willamette dental group since 2004. I have never had a bad experience in the almost 20 years that I've been a patient. Within the past 5 years, myself and 5 of my immediate family members (wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter, and I) received braces from Dr. Nordstrom and her assistant Ashley. After each of our braces were removed, we were all extremely happy with the results! If I ever had a bracket or wire break, they were quick to get me in to get it repaired! I can't begin to tell you enough how amazing of a team that they are! Who can go to a dentist office for a number of years and say that you've gained a lifelong friend? Not many! Every appointment, I'm received the exact same way...with a warm welcome and smiles. Dr. Nordstrom and Ashley took extreme care of my entire family every time we go in for any of our needs.

This place has the worst customer service. My daughter had to get braces and we have had a horrible experience with this as they have cancelled almost every time and then rebook me a month out. This has severely delayed her progress and we are approaching the 1.5 year mark after being told they would come off at 1 year. She went in after finally being able to get an appointment and they belittled her and were very condescending to her. They removed half of the top half of her braces due to her "not brushing in a proficient manner". They even gave her a notice that if this happens again she will need to have them all removed and her treatment cancelled. This is very frustrating as she has not been able to be in for months because of their cancellations and now they have delayed her treatment even further. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this establishment and don't understand how they are still an open and functioning place. Unfortunately I can't give negative stars so they get 1.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I am so terrified of the dentist and especially after battling depression for the longest time and not taking the greatest care of my teeth, not to mention not being to a dentist in almost 5 years, I had the best new patient appointment today! The facility is clean and the staff is pleasant! Chelsea and Cory were the absolute sweetest and totally calmed my nerves. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I left with much cleaner teeth and more confidence. I am not afraid to return to Dr. Park's office! Thank you Willamette!

The dental care is excellent. However, I need more work done I I was made to feel like my money is not going to be good enough. I have excellent coverage. I need work done. I have the money. What is the holdup? Appointments are scheduled way out, let's at least schedule the appointments. Hello, front teeth!

The dentist I see? beyond wonderful. Love her! However. Their appointment scheduling and customer service, exact opposite. Since Covid they've continuously dropped the ball a lot on important matters without adequate explanation and reschedule without priority. Im EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated similar to the comments below and have been looking for a new company to manage care. Save yourself time and hardship and take your business elsewhere. A company should excel in more areas than one and they unfortunately dont.

Very frustrated, went in for tooth pain, they did help that but couldn't do any procedures. Fine, they scheduled me for all the way in Beaverton 3 weeks later, saying I would have a cleaning and fix the tooth. Got there today, all they did was an exam. So I wasted my time, my tooth still isn't fixed and they didn't seem to care about actually fixing it anytime soon. So basically I'll be in pain for months, and I just wasted time twice to basically just have them tell me what I already knew. Fantastic.

I've experienced horrible customer service multiple times with these folks. Nobody likes going to the dentist but the folks at Willamette Dental Group have made doing business with them unbearable. I'll tell you why.... In the past when I've called to ask a question or make an appointment I had to sit in a call queue for up to 40 minutes for someone in the call center to answer my call. They simply don't answer the phone in a decent amount of time and they don't offer the option to book an appointment online. Yes, we're in a pandemic but it's not like their call center agents could get COVID over the phone! For me, actions speak louder than words and if a company doesn't answer the phone in less than 5 minutes they're telling their patients that they don't respect their patient's time and their patients are not a priority. They're a huge operation, they could afford to hire more people to answer the phone. On 3 different occasions, I've had various folks from the dental office call to cancel appointments and they were all between an hour and a half-hour before the appointment was to begin. I live across town so I was already en route almost every time. A couple of weeks ago I was going to get braces through them so I had my records appointment scheduled. I've been saving money for my braces for a long time and had my $11k ready to go. They called me 40 minutes before the appointment was supposed to begin and canceled. It left me in a bad spot because I have to put time-off requests in 2 weeks in advance and already found another person to take over my shift. I guess if this was the first time I wouldn't of been upset but that was the THIRD TIME! Here's the thing....they were supposed to call me back and reschedule the appointment with the Orthodontist the day after but they never called back and I knew that if I was going to call back I would sit in a queue for another half hour. After that experience, I actually realized that when that appointment was canceled it was a sign from the universe telling me not to get my braces through these people. What if I have some questions during my treatment or something bad happens? Is the expectation for me to sit on hold for a half-hour? No thanks, ill get my orthodontia done somewhere else. These folks are unprofessional, they're sleazy and I have spoken to their patient services about the long hold times and their inability to answer the phone in a decent amount of time. Do you know what their solution was? To move me to the Mill Plain office. Sure there's a possibility that ***might** take care of their flakiness but it still doesn't resolve the issue with them not answering the phone. I do have to give them one piece of credit, I had a dentist there who fixed my broken tooth and he was awesome! I feel bad for him that he's associated with such a horrible corporation.

Dental hygienist Anna is AWESOME! She is exceedingly knowledgeable, smart, efficient, friendly, talented, and kind. She listens and is responsive. She is very good at her job; thorough, meticulous, caring. She is also easy to spend can hour with because she is fun and interesting. Her concern for my safety and well being inspire my confidence and put me at ease. Great experience! Cannot wait to get my teeth cleaned again!

Refused to provide simple cleaning service blaming elevated blood pressure and luck off time for service after already taken x-ray, even it was their mistake to start an appointment 15 min late . still confused after this type of service.

These guys have been great. My kids have an aversion to strangers and new experiences. The staff here have been stellar. Andrew the hygienist especially is so patient. He takes time to show the kids the tools and lets them watch and participate. Above and beyond anything I could I ask for. We will continue to go here without hesitation.

These are extraordinarily challenging times for dental professionals! Opening back up under the restrictions due to COVID19 has got to be so difficult but these people are handling it without making it awkward and still keeping a great attitude. I especially appreciated my hygienist, Andrew, who was professional and kind and didn't make me feel like my 32 teeth and jaw issues (I can't open very wide or for very long), was any problem at all. I told him I had worked in the dental field so he didn't simplify the jargon and I got the information I needed to do what I need to do for my home care. Encouragement and empowerment; all health care should be about this!

Ok, so my Orthodontist works here and she's great. Dr. Nordstrom. Very caring, attentive and overall a great lady. However, I saw a male dentist that worked here about two years ago. I can't remember his name. I asked him if I could have a sealent put in a tooth because it had fallen out or worn down. He said "we really only do that for kids." And I didn't push it because I was embarrassed. And now I have a quite painful cavity in that tooth, which could've been avoided if I had been given the sealent like I had asked for. The people in charge might want to go over with their staff how important preventative care is, since the company is so heavily marketed as being all about preventative care. Not a good experience. I'm not going back for dental work. I will be going back for my ortho care.
