I have a tooth that needs extraction. It is painful. I waited 3 months for an appointment because I was " a new patient ". I went in they did x rays and made a plan. I have been staying awake at night with pain and they tell me I can't get in until around the 4th of October. They may be less expensive but lack concern over patient pain and health risks. Infection is probably already set in and there I go. No other insurance.

The staff working there are nice but the scheduling is a nightmare. The basic monthly orthodontist appts are 3 months out. This is stretching the care out by over a year and I'm having to pay extra monthly premiums. I also question the quality of the dental work, I've had to have multiple repairs to the work in less then a year.

Really like the office just wish you could contact the office directly when needed not the 800 number.

Had an emergency dental need.. I do not have a dentist that I go to regularly. I have no insurance. They informed me they do not take cash patients, o Lu patients with in their network whatever that means. Lady was nice, but makes no sense they weren't willing to help

I have horrible rotten teeth due to Cancer treatment. They have always made me feel very comfortable and have done amazing getting me in fast so my dentures could be made and I can get my teeth out. While waiting for my teeth to get pulled I broke another tooth and the doctor filled it for me free of charge just so I wouldn't have to deal with anymore pain. The Dentists and their Staff are truly amazing caring people.

Wait times for the 855 number are excessive. Problem has existed for some time judging by these reviews so would not appear they care much.

I had a great service here. My grandma needed to get a root canal and she doesn't speak English so one of the ladies up front I think her name was Judy. She helped my grandma and was very nice and helpful

The prices here are great, the dentists and staff have been nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Dr. Rowberry is so kind and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and is mindful of my anxiety. The hygienists are all very sweet and patient as well. The receptionists are also very kind. The office itself is very clean and well taken care of. I have nothing but great things to say about Willamette.

On a scale of 1-10 as far as anxiety levels when visiting the dentist I'm a solid 12. So much so that I've caused myself even more problems by not going regularly. Today was my first visit to Williamette Dental and I saw Dr Rowberry. For the first time EVER, I am not anxious about return visits. He was funny, he went over my treatment plan in detail with me and I didn't feel embarrassed about my over the top anxiety or the condition of my teeth. The hygienist (Valerie) was nothing short of amazing. She was gentle which is HUGE for people with anxiety. By gentle I mean, I barely knew she was poking around in there. I will request her for all future appointments. After reading reviews I was even more anxious than usual and almost talked myself out of going but I'm glad I did. I've finally found a place where I feel comfortable and can move forward with my treatment plan. As far as pricing and insurance, I feel like they have the best pricing and my insurance information was already taken care of prior to my visit which was nice. No daunting stacks of paperwork to fill out. I am so pleased with my visit and for the first time in my life have no anxiety about my upcoming appts. .

I'm tired of seeing all the BS on this dental office. People are just mad because they can't get scheduled for the time they want. The dentist is actually quite friendly here and assertive. Also he is the dentist for all the patients at this location limiting his time. I've been having dental work done on my mouth for over 30 years and this is by far the best work I've received. If you just want low tier dental work and to get in quickly you should go somewhere else, but if you want quality dental care by a good physician go here.

The office people are friendly the problem is when you schedule appointment with the 800 number they tell you one think over the phone and when you get to the office is totally different. My son had a appointment to get his check up and Orthodontist consultation at the same time so I don't have to bring him in again for Orthodontist they Only did the check up and toll me that I needed to make an other appointment and pay an other office visit plus the $25 for the Orthodontist consultation. You are just a number at this place.

I would highly discourage people in using the orthodontic services. Unless you want to constantly go in because of brackets falling off and springs breaking (not from eating hard foods). Also giving them full details when scheduling an appointment, paying for the visit, then being told the doctor is on vacation and he is the only one that is allowed to fix the problem. Trying to schedule an appointment is also a very poor process.
