Absolutely a waste of time. I made three separate appointments trying to get a cleaning done and I was canceled and rescheduled twice and after a month and a half of trying to get an appointment kept I went in at the time they told me to come in and promptly told me I didn't have an appointment. The ammount of sheer incompetence i've dealt with definitely dosen't want me giving them any of my time or business since they wasted so much of mine!!

Woeful and inadequate communication between the call center and the office. Your coverage will magically change when you come in and you'll be offered a teeth cleaning for severe TMJ pain. No one will point blank tell you that they don't do that there, and they'll even tell you about your TMJ coverage when you call to check benefits. We're in the middle of a global pandemic - unnecessary visits to the doctor are on no one's list right now. Called the contact center to complain and was treated like my complaint didn't matter - I work in a call center and if I took an escalation like that, they'd have my job. She told me "Well, you saw a dentist" - like that was my fault! I guess it was, huh? I am stuck with these jokers for another year until my next open enrollment, but I can promise you I'll be dropping them in a New York second. I would rather pay more and have my concerns actually listened to than go through any more dealings with these folks.

Warning Long Review: I came to this office originally because I was enduring some tooth pain. They got me in quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. They provided me with multiple options and when asked, Dr. Morgan explained in detail the process for each option. I ultimately chose extraction of the tooth. They then provided me with a cleaning appointment before the extraction, and scheduled a filling appointment post extraction. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor presented themselves very professionally, friendly, and non judgemental. Especially when I stated I had anxiety about all of the appointments. A few days after my extraction through no fault of the doctor I developed some pretty bad pain. They got me in within the same day and provided once again professional treatment. It was explained to me I had unfortunately compacted food in the extraction site. They even called to check up on me after the extraction. I was pleased to see everyone wearing a mask, all medical staff wearing n95 masks, face shields and gloves. All around great care.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Office miscommunication, billing errors, lack of urgency when dealing with pain they inflicted due to inability to schedule appointments in a timely manner. And the final insult that has led to this review being the management's inability to mitigate risk. Her amazingly lame excuse as to why I haven't received a call for referral after waiting patiently for a month and a half is the periodontist is on a personal leave. Where is your back up plan? The most basic of rules to follow as a manager and that's your excuse? Apparently it was insulting to hear me point out this incompetence but I'm insulted that I'm a paying customer and you have sat on this request and done nothing while telling me to be expect a call any day. All the while I have a tooth I'm at risk of losing due to your ortho offices lack of urgency before. I should have read the red flag message when I was sent home with a payment plan schedule on day one that was a completely different when I went to sign. I guess to salvage the 1 star rating I will say the technicians were very friendly. Update: I called to speak with a manager after receiving a reply from my review. I was told that they were having phone issues and I would receive a call back shortly... It's been 3 days now. I can't believe this business is still in operation. Worst experience ever!

Went in today for routine cleaning and exam. It was the first tome I've been to this office. Emma did a thorough and gentle job as I do have some sensitivity. Met with Dr. Morgan for exam. Overall both were very attentive and helpful. Would recommend both.

I do not recommend for kids. My son needed extensive dental work for a genetic condition, so they referred us to a good pediatric specialist, however when we returned for a 6 month follow up with Willamette, the dentist barely looked in his mouth and said everything looked good. 6 months later with a different dentist I found out that my son had more cavities to the point that a back tooth was nearly gone. I'm disappointed for the money and copay spent that the dentist couldn't bother to take a closer look so we could've taken care of this sooner.

I was having severe tooth pain over the holiday and called Willamette Dental Eugene who got me set up as a work in immediately at Willamette Dental Springfield. I was pleasantly surprised that their staff is just as friendly and through as the staff in Eugene. Dr. Morgan was fast and really listened to my concerns. She gave me choices and did an excellent job that immediately relieved my pain. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

The staff here is amazing! I have had work done by Dr. Tolmach and Dr. Morgan, and they were both very friendly, professional and gentle. I was a bit embarrassed by the condition of my teeth, but they all made me feel comfortable and were not judgemental in the slightest. Had some issues with my medications getting sent off to the right place, but they were helpful and kind in fixing the problem. Overall, a good experience.
