I have ptsd with men and it states as so on my file, they put me with a male hygiene specialist because the female hygiene specialist was sick that day it's not a preference it's a mandatory thing. Not okay.

"Call the scheduling number to tell us more about how bad our scheduling is" what a joke! Dr. Yeck was not on time to my appt or my wife's. He assumed I didn't want to hear about orthodontia. He said some weird things about immigration to my wife after trying to make small talk. Hygienists are either rushed or idk what but mine didn't finish a cleaning so I have to go back today. First time I was in the office, there was a man with only a face shield on. Face shields are not masks!!! This will be my last time in this office today, especially since I just got charged another $10 copay to FINISH A SIMPLE CLEANING THAT WASN'T FINISHED AT MY LAST APPT. Charged twice for one cleaning. Btw, I was put on a wait list to finish a cleaning. Couldn't get back in for over 3 weeks.

From staff to dentist is so bad

Great experience at this clinic! There was a little bit of a wait time to get an appointment (seems standard everywhere these days though) but my appointment itself was wonderful. From the front desk to checking out everyone was extremely kind and professional. Dr Yeck and Stacey were very friendly and did outstanding at walking me through each step of the process. I look forward to coming to this clinic for any future dental needs!

No one likes to do their job here. Finding a new Denist. Been trying to get in for an appointment for over 2 months now

Great place! They treated us very well, answered our questions. My son had a great experience. I am so grateful for that.

Absolute nightmare of a company! Been dealing w/ the Liberty street office for months now. Initially my root canal appointment was 2 months out. Surprised but I thought I could survive the discomfort that long. Then I got sick & was not able to go to the appointment. I was told I'd get a call back for a reschedule date. Weeks pass, no call. I called again & get told the same thing. Apparently I cannot get an appointment as their that booked out...we're talking several months! So here I am going on almost 4 months and no appointment for a root canal that still hurts. While the staff all are polite, it's rehearsed lines they're taught to say, I have like an automated robot. So you get no where with them other than their frustration with you that I'm not passively going along w/ their narrative over the situation. I do not recommend this office or dental group.

Highly recommend! Today we took my 4 year old for her first cleaning/X-rays in awhile and the staff were incredibly friendly. Their kindness is unmatched. I was impressed how well they handled my daughters visit for being a primarily adult dentist.

I have memory's of my past visits that made me excited to schedule my next appointment, and after checking in all was good. Xrays went well, but once I went into the exam room it felt as if there was no strategy to what they were doing. Very scattered in their execution in creating a nice experience. It also felt quick and that I didn't truly get the exam I paid for.

I have been a client here for years, but I will never go back. I was told before the appointment that my bill would be 0 after insurance, only to get a bill in the mail a few weeks later. They told me that I'm being charged because I had ohp insurance, even though I informed them of that several times to make sure it would be covered. In addition to the insurance issue, I just got my wisdom teeth out, and I need a syringe to flush out the area. I called to see if I could come in and pick one up because I know that they have them, but I was told that I couldn't have one. Learn how to treat your customers. The syringes are like 50 cents....but no one carries them except amazon and dental offices.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is, the staff who I have met are great. My problem is with managing dentist, Dr. Yeck. So, the problem starts with Yeck and has ended my warm feelings of the dental office he manages. I do have history with Dr. Yeck, I had a tooth crack, went to have look and Dr. Yeck put on a crown, this is 10 years or so ago. 2 weeks later or so, that first crown came off. The crown came off again, after Dr. Yeck put on again, this is the second crown. The third time, the managing dentist at the time, put on my third crown. This 3rd crown has been on and no other problems. Again, this was years ago. I went back to the office on liberty street, 2years ago, with another cracked tooth, at this time I saw Dr. Sails, hope I have right spelling, Dr. Sails put on a crown on my back molar, on my right side. On February 2, 2021, I went to the office at liberty street, a brief meeting and x ray of my tooth. I told the technician Trish, I lost my crown that Dr. Sails put on. Next thing, Dr.Yeck came in the room, told me it wasn't a crown, it was a filling that fell out. Dr. Yeck told me I was wrong, I did not have a crown put in by Dr.Sails. When I talked to Trish about why I was there that day, nothing was said to correct me. Dr.Yeck's said I lost this filling a while ago. The tooth is gone on one side. Their was no drilling by Dr.Sails, just a crown. Dr. Yeck manner was condescending, said he thought I needed a new filling and a teeth cleaning. I respected his opinion, but, when I gave him concerns of teeth cleanings, his response was, I quote " let me throw you a bone". Well, that is a condescending term. Dr. Yeck does not want to put any more money out on me and my crowns. I get that, but, why does Dr. Yeck need to belittle me to my face. I apologize for this long review, I needed to vent. This was disturbing moment, Dr. Yeck telling me I'm old and he knows what's better for me. Dr. Yeck does not.

I've had and appointment for May 25th yes I showed up at 8 00 the last time I called the office 3 weeks ago they said they were not open till 8:00. I come to my appointment, and they said it was at 7:00. I requested a reminder by Email none was sent. I drove 45 min for nothing. I would had been there by 7:00 if they would have sent a reminder. The appointment was set a month ago. At that time not even an appointment card was Give. Not a good practice.

Everyone has been exceptional... I have MAJOR fears of the dentist and every person I have come across has been amazing about that; but it's been almost 6 months since I had molds done for my dentures. My mouth is literally decaying to the point of being on an almost completely liquid diet. I am so tired.. of waiting, crying, hating the way i look in the mirror. I was told I was getting help and I feel like I have received almost none at all.
