I have my braces on but I just realized they aren't doing ANY progress without the brackets on and I have to wait 5 months to get the brackets on due to scheduling... I feel like I should not have to wait that long after paying for the braces and it's going to be hard to get seen in the future

I have PTSD regarding males, had an appointment scheduled here. Just to find out I was placed with a male provider the DAY before my appointment. It's not a preference it's mandatory thing scheduling sucks and they don't pay attention to charts

If you have the option to NOT go here, do that. We waited over 4 months for an orthodontic consult. I understand staff shortages are a real issue everywhere, and it is what it is. However, I called Willamette dental months before we switched insurances to get a quote on coverage and was extremely under quoted with what our out of pocket cost would be. The orthodontist we saw was clear, and informative. However, she pushed Invisalign for my child and basically said she wouldn't take the case if we didn't want it. No problem. Glad it worked out the way it did. I will be changing my dental coverage asap come open enrollment season. Additionally, person who gave us cost breakdown information in the office was rude and looked annoyed at my simple questions. You're basically a number in a factory here. Not personable at all. I was lucky enough to get in to see another orthodontist for a second opinion the next day and we are scheduled for our appointments next week. We were told treatment time would take over 2 years to compete here. I'd rather pull my own teeth out than to have to come back here for frequent appointments over that amount of time!!! Stay away if you can. This place is the worst.

There was some miscommunication (partly my fault). But I have SEVERE dental anxiety and Dr. perdale made my visit amazing. I had a tooth extraction and no anxiety medication, and was very scared. But she made the appointment for quick and painless.

I'm not scared of going to the dentist anymore. After not going to a dentist for more then 10 years, I finally called because both of my canines had broken off. They got me in the next day and extracted both. Today I had a cleaning and a cavity filled. Each visit was pleasant and everyone I interacted with was professional and caring. Thank you Willamette Dental

Not a good experience... I confirmed an appointment the night before for 7.30am they call me at 7.15am and tell me im late for my 7am appointment. They sent separate emails for two appointments at 7 and 7.30. I only saw the 7.30. So im there 10 minutes early and they tell me to go home. I drove an hour from Corvallis..thanks for everything. They wouldn't keep my 7.30 I already confirmed. One email people.... when someone checks their email to remember when the appointment is they can check the wrong one when you have several. For goodness sake I bet both appointments are in the same room or ten feet away. If anyone else has this happen please do a review here they need help fixing this.

Worst customer experience. Unprofessional, making me appointments with an specialist that wasn't even there when I showed up. Constantly running behind... just all bad.

Worst front desk ladies ever they have a rude tone of voice with guest. I went it on Tuesday the 25th of May at 130 to 3pm let's just say my husband was having a anxiety attack and they wouldn't let me accompany him mean while there beck over 5 other parties in the back wich were 2 or more guest in one group. This was mine and my husband's first time here and definitely won't be coming back the one I went to was on Lancaster right next to towne pump gas station. They Definitely don't care if there gust are comfortable. Sad I had to write my first review ever and it was a bad experience what a shame that they hire such bad workers to great

I honestly do not know where these bad reviews are coming from. My family has been going to this dentist office for years and have never once had a bad experience with them. Every person here we have interacted with have been friendly and professional. Has there been hiccups at times? Sure, what business doesn't have them, but they have always worked to correct any issues that may have popped up.

The person scheduling appointments came across rude on the phone when I asked if we could be seen at a location closer to home. It's an hour drive to this location but the location close to home doesn't have an oral surgeon. So we drove an hour and then had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen. Husband has been in terrible pain since his surgery 4 days ago. The person on the phone acted like I was making it up. I work in healthcare and if I ever takes to a patient with a tone I'd be looking for a new job. The folks in Corvallis are amazing but we won't come back to Salem if we have to have additional oral surgery. We will go to the office in Springfield.

I went in till get my 3 wisdom teeth extracted and left the office with my wisdom teeth untouched. I'm someone who can handle needles and has gotten an IV before, but unfortunately I felt the team was unprepared. Before hooking me up to monitors, I mentioned that I've gotten and IV before on my hand, but was numbed beforehand. Hygienist/nurse told they didn't have any (numbing cream or injection). I thought maybe an IV needle isn't that bad, but I was wrong! I got poked three times for the IV, all unsuccessful. The nurse had to order the numbing products during my appt. I don't understand an office is out of stock on numbing products for an IV? I understand if the toothpaste or mouthwash ran out, but IV numbing cream/injection? And my appointment was scheduled a month ago. Sitting in that chair hooked to monitors, a gas mask on, two nurses holding me down and with swollen veins due to the poking traumatized me. One thing I'm grateful for is the front staff and that one hygienist who held my hand and hugged me while the Oral Surgeon P. poked me and I cried to the point of hyperventilating. After they unhooked me, I told them that I'm jot scared of needles and never had problems with them. The entire room was surprised and they said,"oh, really?" They thought my reaction was from fear of needles not of actual pain. I'm not returning. One appt is all it took to make scared of the dentist and IVs when I never was.

Great dental insurance for the money, no cap on covered dental work, good providers caring and professional, great locations and parking.

I had not been to the dentist in over 4 years from severe anxiety but after hearing how fast they got my sister in law in, I decided to pull the trigger and make an appointment. I could've gotten in the next morning but couldn't so settled on a date about 10 days later. In the late I've never been able to get an appointment I'm less then 3 months out. Everyone was AMAZING! The gal who cleaned my teeth really did an awesome job and throughout the whole process, she talked to me about everything she was doing before she did it. Chit chatted about life, kids, current stuff going on in Oregon and was just the sweetest. Same for the dentist. So incredibly nice and made me feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend. I'm going back soon for my crown

Extremely rude at check in. Shown to a room with stains on the walls and a dirty floor. Extremely noisy atmosphere. Invasive health questions that did not pertain whatsoever to the procedure I was coming for. I will not return
