I have been experiencing severe wisdom teeth pain that isn't going away. I had an urgent appointment and was told use mouth wash and come back in two weeks if the pain persists. I told them this has been going on for years and I have regular flare ups but this has been the worst. They stated they would give me a referral for an oral surgeon to possibly remove my wisdom teeth. Another week goes by and I had to call to inquire about the referral. Finally it gets sent for just my bottom wisdom teeth despite having pain in in the uppers as well. The oral surgeon won't discuss the upper teeth without the referral. I went back for another appointment which they told me they would send a referral for all wisdom teeth. A month has gone by and they still haven't sent the referral and won't answer my calls. Absolutely disgusting care. Other dentists advise getting a referral for the oral surgeon for all teeth. However my insurance is unfortunately through Willamette and they don't want to pay out.

I have been going to Willamette Dental for the last 30 plus years and never been so more disappointed than I am now had a root canal done a year and a half ago. They put in a temporary crown in February when I went back in June 20th they made a permanent mold meanwhile the temporary crown came out been waiting for the permanent crown, So disappointing on how long it takes to get a permanent crown. Not only that I've had their instruments bang up against my teeth water all over my face. What kind of place is this be coming.

Today I had a emergency extraction on a wisdom tooth, performed by Dr. Park. She did a amazing job, very quick and she made sure I was comfortable, she took extra time to show and tell me why the extraction was necessary and how to prevent this from happening, she seemed to care a lot about my general health and dental care. I felt very comfortable with her working on my teeth, Also she makes sure her staff stays on point and are giving exceptional customer service. I was really impressed.

What a terrible place to be at, always changing dentist and appointment are 4-8 weeks out to get scheduled. Glad we doing have to go back.

I am so grateful for the staff at this clinic. I've had horrible dental experiences in the past and WDG was amazing from start to finish all the way from receptionist to my dental hygienist, such great and caring people. Thank you so much!

Friendly service but appointments are not followed, if you arrive early for your appointment like they requested they will not inform you that they are running behind until you say something. Like mine was running late 1/2 hour past my appointment time, so I didnt find out until I asked what was going on 20 mins past my appointment time was waiting 40 mins. Dr. Schedules are hard to work with at times because they work only certain days and during certain times and that is just not for this covid it's generally the same anytime.

I highly recommend Willamette Dental Group in Puyallup! From the time you check in for your appointment to the moment you check out, everyone is so professional and caring! Dr. Park is amazing! Thank you all for such a positive experience.

This was a cleaning. New equipment is like sucking on an ice stick while having someone poking around your mouth, not comfortable. I felt like it was a rush job. They are friendly.

They have a really friendly dental staff and not rough with your teeth, I was afraid to go to the dentist because of bad previous experiences but went to Willamette dental now I am excited to go again.

Going to the dentist terrifies me and I always put it off way too long. They have been so great and patient with me. They make me feel very comfortable and they all so friendly

Amazing wait time. Every visit I have only had to wait a maximum of five minutes. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the insurance policy they have has been a life saver for my dental bills.

They have different dentists all the time which is hard for kids. Wish there could be more consistency would help kids like going
