A wonderful experience here. Clean and new dentist office with amazing staff! Just came in as a new patient for a cleaning after almost four years, and was very happy with the service and the consultations. I find their more conservative and daily task based approach to cavities very refreshing. I'll certainly update as I work with them more, but as of 9/29/2022, I am a quite happy customer. The only downside is there is a wait list for new patients, however they were able to squeeze me in a week or two later.

Willamette repeatedly denied me 2 new crowns (that were 35 years old) claiming it would only be a COSMETIC FIX. I switched to Delta Dental and they set about to replace those two crowns immediately,, explaining that "it is unhealthy to leave those old crowns in my mouth". Willamette is a cheap company that does not have your best interest in mind! They hired a terrible doctor and they will NOT fix your teeth if it will cost them money. New doctor in 2020, she is terrible. technicians are rude. Office manager has no interest in my dental health, just the bottom line. ALL of them are rude except the two at the front desk. Look at the reviews for the last year (since the new doctor arrived).. you are averaging 2 STARS since she arrived (down from the lofty 3 stars you usually enjoy). Terrible, who wants a dentist that is scored 2 out of 5?

Friendly staff and Dr. Plan to spend 20 minutes on hold before making an appointment or paying your bill. However, none of that matters if this is the only regional dentist covered in your dental plan ;-)

I have been going here for orthodontist over the last 4 years and each time is a terrible experience. They mess up on the impressions and they are rude. Switching insurance just because they are the worst

Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this office is fine for cleanings and minor dentist needs as far as i can tell. However I wouldn't reccomended them for any orthodontist treatment. Ive had many problems during my treatment. Their are pretty unorganized and while most of the staff is friendly and does seem to care about patients, management and front office doesn't really seem to care about people. Very little flexibility in any "policy" and these policies seemed aimed at punishing clients. If you have another option i would go there for ortho. I wish I had! I think I would have had a better experience from the get go. Other reviews are correct they will try and trap you and make you sign a bunch of stuff to take liability off of them. Bottom line they are obstinate and their policies don't make sense, and are only there to make them money. If they can't make money off of you they couldn't care less, they will kick you to the curb! I was reminded 6 times in the office that "I agreed to this" thank you thats very helpful information. Maybe 1 or two times saying it would be fine I don't need you to tell me 6 times in the span of an hour!!

Willamette Dental Group corporate administration is an untrustworthy, aggressive organization that attempts to take away your rights as a patient and attempts to cheat you out of your dental insurance. You may have to retain an attorney to fend them off. If you have a better choice, go elsewhere. If they think you are visiting their office more than what is profitable for them, they will attempt to make you sign forms making it easier for them to try and discontinue servicing you under your rightfully earned insurance plan. This is a managed care plan. The less they see of you, the more their profits.

The staff are all amazing! Kind and caring. They always make sure I'm comfortable. I'm always very anxious about having dental work done. One of dental assistants, Diane, made me so comfortable, and way less self conscious about the work I need done! Everyone there is very friendly, and knowledgeable!

The staff are so nice! They do a good job of getting you in when you need it - and don't have to wait a year to be seen. The office is always clean. Love this place.
