Dr Kane is so gentle, patient, understanding, etc. I am almost 30 and was terrified to start my dental health journey, but I am so thankful to have found dr Kane to help me through this time. His staff in the office are amazing, I'm always comfortable when I sit and wait for the doctor, he explains everything, so there are no surprises. I highly recommend seeing Dr Kane, I will continue to see him as long as I can, thank you again!!!

So I called to be looked at for a broken tooth. they wanted to make it a whole new patient exam cleanin(whatever it's on insurance ) barley 10mins late and the receptionist was very dismissive, rude and chose to not want to make time to even see the tooth ? what sense does that make now this could have been a dental emergency or will be in time ! I had never experienced this lack of care or professional care in the years I was with Dr.Mcdowell family dentistry I wish my current insurance carried them still

Had them pull my teeth and was told I would have dentures at the time of extraction, not true. Waited 4 months for dentures that don't fit, way to big. I can't talk, eat or drink. Hard to even close my mouth around these things. They've rubbed a whole in the back of my mouth and in the front. On top of that I told them 3 month ago that they missed a root in the back and they didn't believe me, saying it's just a bone spur. Denturist said, " oh no, there seems to be a missed root in the back of your mouth" x-ray confirmed 3 months later. Absolutely the worst medical experience of my life. Now to find a real Denturist to make something usable.

10/10 recommend!! Front desk staff are so friendly, and are so great at finding a day and time to work best with my busy schedule!! I was nervous for my dental shot; AJ the Anesthesiologist, did an amazing job and made it feel like a Breeze, super professional and kind! Julia the dentist assistant always makes me feel super welcomed, and is super fantastic at her job as well as great costumer service!!! Dr. Cheng, super professional and excellent at what he does!! He is always so great at explaining the procedures he is doing, as well as answers any questions I may have! The Facility is always clean, and organized! All the staff take all necessary precautions during covid!! Can't recommend them enough!!

I love problem solving when I thoght I was going to have teeth pulled they explain what they would do. They saved 3 of my teeth out of 6 I love problem solving and experience and careing proffesonal people.

The room was very unorganized when I walked in to get two cavity's filled, the assistant seemed to be inexperienced and confused, this wasn't an issue, everyone was new at some point. The dentist himself was visibly frustrated at the assistant which was very nerve racking having someone ticked off with a dremel tool in my mouth. The bite guard was too large and was forced into my mouth, I haven't been able to properly open my mouth to eat without pain since the appointment this morning, it has been around 12 hours. The rest of the staff and the assistant were very polite professional people, no hard feelings to anyone we all have bad days but that was genuinely nerve racking.

Great place. I don't currently have dental insurance and their out of pocket pricing was more than fair. Very clean location, easy parking, and a very friendly staff. Amidst Covid-19 they're taking many precautions and I felt very safe. Definitely will return.

Omg they are amazing..... Dr. Cheng is a miracle worker! Hos staff Ben etc are funny sweet and kind. They are saving my teeth. I can never thank them other than this way
