Never in my life have I had a worse dental experience than here. I have had a plethora of major dental procedures done throughout my life, root canals, chipped teeth, etc. All I came in for to Willamette was a cavity filling. After MANY attempts at numbing the area, I could still feel extremely sharp pain during the filling and asked them to pause and questioned if we should keep trying this method because I wasn't sure if I could take anymore numbing at this point either. I was already choking/gagging on my own throat and struggling to breathe I was so numb, I've never had so many numbing shots for a procedure in my life, so it's really puzzling to me how I could still feel such sharp pain on the tooth. After deliberating with the dental assistant I decided to try one last numbing shot, however that never happened because the main dentist had already decided to move on to the next patient and wouldn't work on me any more. They sent me home with a hole in my tooth (partially drilled cavity) and said they were booked out for the next two months. It's an absolute joke and just plain unprofessional to do something like that. They decided giving up on me would be easier than figuring out why I was still feeling so much pain. Thanks for leaving me in an even worse condition than when I came in, Willamette Dental. Scum bags.

I'm a new patient here, and very impressed. All the staff I came across were terrific. The friendliest group of people. Very helpful, attentive, and caring.. they explained everything clearly step by step regarding my treatment. I felt so well cared for. And I finally have a clear treatment plan moving forward.

I was taken care of for a dental emergency by Dr. Le and his Assistant and i couldn't be happier! They are both very easy to talk to and explain things thoroughly. He was gentle and asked me several times if I was doing ok. Even asked me if the chair was comfortable after he laid it down to start working. It really is the little things. I have anxiety when it comes to dental work and he really set me at ease. I am very happy with the work done and look forward to future appointments with him!

Every time I make an appt I show up plenty early and it's always a minimum of a 25 minute wait past my appt time before I'm called back I have to request time off work for this and they are always late on I even had to wait over a month for this appt the office staff has no thought or care for the patients they don't care at all if you had to take time off work or anything your just a number and a payment to them

I was absolutely embarrassed and terrified to go to the dentist. But I've never had a better experience in my entire life with a dentist. The dental assistant was great and the Dentist Dr. Le was the best, most gentle dentist I've ever had and I can smile again!!!!! The receptionist and liaisons were fantastic. All around best dentist ever!!!!!!!

Literally the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life. Every person who works there is so kind and helpful. You can request nitrous if you have bad anxiety. They do great cleanings and deep cleanings.I used to go to Advantage Dental and they used to be pretty good but then their dentist and great hygenist left and the place just fell apart, honestly. If you are in need of a good dentist who is caring and all of the hygenists are really nice and very good at wjat they do, go to Willamette.

Went in for a broken tooth in November post-Covid closures. The dentist spoke openly about how many patients we crammed into the workday that day as the clinic had been closed. He stated he only had ten minutes with each patient. It was a rushed job. I went in a couple days later to have it revised because it felt gritty where it should have felt smooth. He "fixed" it by grinding it down thinner. 9 months later it broke while I was eating bread. Not toast, bread.

I loved my dental hygienist Teresea. She was very compassionate and kind, and catered to my absolute fear of getting my teeth cleaned, she helped it be as painless as possible and was checking on me the whole time and absolutley tried her best to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you Teresa!!!

I need to talk with an office manger of someone, today was my sons first appointment and it was one of the most uncomfortable and scary feelings in my life. So much happened in one visit, I even had to finish my sons teeth on my own because the lady couldn't of been bothered to do it. I will be looking a new Dentist ASAP!!!!!!! what went on in this office was chaos and it felt like the staff was going through some personal issues with each other. I haven't even hit home yet it was out first office visit and they didn't talk to me about my sons treatment before I had to go looking for my son 20 minutes after he was only suppose to go for X-rays and never came back with my son. They sat him in a chair and started working on him with no approval from me or even talking to me about it. They didn't know where my son was when I came out the room to ask where my son is and why are the X ray taking so long.

They were very quick and PROFESSIONAL! VICKY was very kind while taking my xRays, MELISSA was very gentle cleaning my sensitive teeth and DR. CALLANS took the time to talk about my concerns and dental needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My experience was so GREAT that I actually CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN

This is hands down the worst dental in Medford Oregon. Only go here because this is where my work offers dental insurance or else I would have switched. They always cancel appointments were closed for months during quarantine while everything else was still open. ortho treatment sucks here it has just been the worst experience and can't wait to finish my treatment to cancel my dental plan at this office.

Dr Wagner is the best ! I have horrible anxiety he made me feel very relaxed and explained everything. Had to have a tooth pulled he did a great job had the tooth out in about 1 minute did not feel anything. I highly recommended dr Wagner. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Amazing office everyone is so nice when I was in pain took me in fast fixed me up I can't thank them enough and I have a big fear of dentist
