Everyone was very friendly, professional, and they got me in quickly. Staff made sure that I was comfortable and my visit for an extraction went as smoothly as it ever could. Thank you!

Willamette Dental uses a call center, no way to call their office directly, I find this incredibly impersonal, the persons who finally answer, (be prepared for a very long wait) cannot answer any questions only make appointments, since I needed to speak with a professional before my appointment I am paying out of pocket and going elsewhere, tired of the run a round

Was my first time there, they were professional, explained everything, and made sure I left without any questions. It was relaxing as much as could be.

I drove 2 hours in a great deal of pain for an appointment at Willamette Dental and was given an x-ray and a funny tooth bush for my trouble. I was told that I was experiencing pain from a wisdom tooth eruption. The tooth is clearly fully erupted and i have had my wisdom teeth for at least 10 years. My pain was not addressed at all. I am in tears.

Willamette Dental is an affordable way to get dental care but my last visit to this location was terrible. I have cancelled my dental benefits and have sought out a private practice. I scheduled an exam in vancouver for a problem tooth in July if 2020. She filed it down and said to give it a few days it might heal. I gave it a week, it didnt heal so i scheduled a visit to longview to have the tooth removed because it cannot be saved. The very friendly girl doing the x-rays didnt put the apron cover over me, i didnt notice until it was too late. Her mask was falling off her face, she kept having to pull it up, then would put her hands in my mouth after touching her mask several times. I felt as if this was irresponsible behavior during a pandemic. Anyway, after waiting for 30 minutes in the dental chair, the dentist looks at my tooth and says oh that needs to be extracted. We scheduled you for a filling, I thought a filling would fix it. We dont have time today. Went to the front desk to schedule my tooth extraction and they had an appointment 3 weeks later! So I have to go another 3 weeks with this cracked loose tooth with swollen gums and I cant easily eat!!!??? The problem tooth is cracked and loose, and if they hadnt left part of the tooth so long, it probably would not have cracked. One side was long and the force of biting was too hard on that tooth. During my 2 fake visits, they had filed the tooth down to about half the height it originally was. If that tooth was shaped correctly in the first place, I probably wouldnt be losing my tooth! Found a private practice dentist that got my x rays from willamette and said "that tooth needs to be pulled today" and so they are going to do it for me today!! Sure it will cost more but after all that nonsense, i am happy to pay more. My goodness I will never go back to willamette dental!!!

I would like to start off by saying I have loved this place since we started going here about 3 years ago. However, I am sad to say that with the removal of the orthodontic services I see no point in continuing being customers here. I think it is ludicrous to expect people to drive 45 min each way for a 30 min orthodontic appointment in vancover. That's a minimum of 2 hours if there's no traffic and you are seen on time. Kids have school and people do have jobs in longview. You are basically asking people to take a large part of the day off from work and kids from school that's a minimum of 3 missed classes. Unless you have an afternoon appointment then plan to allow even more time for city traffic. If the doctor was planning on leaving then a replacement should have been found well in advance of her departure. Very poor customer service and seemingly very little thought to the effect it would have on the lives of customers. Cannot say I would recommend at this point.

All staff were professional, compassionate and resourceful! Walked away with a clean smile, happy attitude and a lesser fear of a dental clinic, the latter is a big deal.
