Incredibly friendly in every sense of the word. Really put me at ease and made the process tolerable. It has not always gone that direction over the years with other dentists in other places. Grateful.

16 weeks to have a bridge made by these turkeys? One of their dental assistants told me the reason it was taking so long was because they had just one lab to make the bridges for 30 of their clinics. Dr. Kelso gave me a $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant because of the long wait but a few weeks later they sent me a bill for $50. I have found much better dental care.

Great office located in Lincoln City. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. This is a great dental office to take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing dental care solutions by priority. The entire staff were very gentle and caring to me. Dr. Kelso explained in detail what she was doing and was extremely adept to ensure I had a painless experience for a complicated procedure. I will be coming back regularly. One of the best!!

Tried to call just to see if they are taking new patients and if they take my insurance...only got half of it out, some girl abruptly informed me I needed to be talking to appointments ( do I really tho?) And sent me to a forever hold. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

First time at this particular office. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hygienist was wonderful. Dr. Kelso was the the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional Dentist I have ever met. Chairside manner is abysmal and humiliating. Never even looked in my mouth. Total disregard for patients wants, needs or desires. It's her way or the highway. I choose the highway and will never return.

Facility staff failed to communicate appropriately to patient and designated family representative regarding plans of care. Patient used his own chronic pain medication, even when designee called to report pain and the patients trend of tooth pain leads to infection which happened. This required patient to seek emergency services, and lead to a weekend of mouth pain. Lack of empathy, follow through and communicate. I do not recommend this office for services.

Having been a patient at 3 other local dentists, Willamette Dental stands apart from the rest. They have a very caring and qualified doctor in Dr. Kelso. She sets the vibe here and you can feel it in all the employees. She has eased stressful procedures and calmed myself and my two children. We are very happy with all the staff there as they remember us by name and give us top quality customer service, while fixing our issues or providing cleanings and checkups.

This place is awful. They committed fraud to get more money out of my insurance by saying they cleaned my teeth when I was strictly there for a consult on my wisdom teeth, I was in the office a total of 15 minutes while they looked at my X-rays. I had gotten my teeth cleaned before I ever went there and now I can't get my teeth cleaned until months after I'm due because they lied in their charting and said they cleaned my teeth (which is illegal). I would not recommended this place to anybody.

The desk staff are courteous and helpful. The hygienist (Nick) is awesome. And Dr. Kelso is a great dentist. They're open from 7 am to 6 pm, which makes it convenient for just about everyone.

The Best on the coast bar none! All of the staff from the desk to the hygienists are so patient with us more difficult patients and the office and waiting rooms are very clean. My mouth is super lucky to have finally found you!
