The team is professional, kind and easy to talk to. My dentist, Dr Shen gave me sound advice and clear, concise comments about my condition. After my first dental visit with them, I decided to go ahead and boom my 3.5 year old child's visit with them too. Her hygienist was wonderful, warm and patient and did a fine job of getting my child to experience her first professional teeth cleaning. My child thought going to the dentist is FUN!

Covid protocols: I personally think the Covid protocols are BS and our liberties are a violated when we visit dental offices because of required masking and temperature checks. The checks are definitely for show here. What is the point of checking temperatures if you still allow someone with 102F temperature visit the office? Story: My son had an appointment and his mother and I both visit as we are not together. She had a 102F temperature after two checks minutes apart. She was still allowed to accompany us for my son's appointment. She blamed the hot weather and possibly exposed other patients and staff. Meanwhile, I'm chastised for not wearing my mask over my nose?

Customer Service is sub par. The office manager can be unprofessional in adversarial situations and it bleeds into the staff. Patient satisfaction doesn't appear to the focus. Wish other options were offered by my employer.

I've been going here for seven years. Have had emergency tooth extractions, preventative cleanings, night guards fitted and fillings as well as veneers. My two teenagers have also been seen here for six years. Friendly and caring staff!

Only dental office we've utilized for over 10+ years now! Overall, the staff is usually friendly and respectful. Clarissa (dental assistant) is an exceptionally special young lady! Her patience, care, considerate and thorough explanation of procedures/ service costs, is so appreciated!! I love that I didn't have to explain to her the comprehension level of my son. She just gets it and acts accordingly. Nhi (dental assistant) is another wonderful lady at this office. She was personable, thorough with my dental care, and very funny!! Thank You Willamette and a special heart of gratitude for Clarissa and Nhi!

Starting off by saying this is one of the WORST locations to go to. I would definitely recommend other locations except the KENT Location. If I could change my 1 star to a big ZERO I would. I went in on 2/10/2021 to get my wisdom teeth taken out in the notes it was for all 4 wisdom teeth extraction. It took Dr. Shen a while to take out my upper Left side but she managed to take it out and my upper R wisdom tooth as well. Long story short they weren't done until 5:17pm mind you the location closes at 5:30pm. She was very unprofessional seemed like she wanted to get me in & out & I asked what about the bottom she said I can't do that your going to have to go to a oral surgeon mind you she never said that in the beginning of the procedure. Very unprofessional I also complained on her as well, she took that as verbal abuse and is not willing for me to come back to that location. Willamenttte dental Kent location needs to hire real customer service Dr. that care about patient's. And not to forget I'm filing a complaint on Dr. Shen and I'm going to proceed with this !

Every person was very helpful and pleasant. Made me feel very comfortable on the bad day I was having HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILLAMETTE DENTAL!!!

One of my fillings cracked open and there was a piece of paper inside. They also drilled the wrong tooth while I was there and refused to admit it. Terrible service. D's and C's get degrees.

Only issue I have ever had was one dental hygienist. I was in a lot of pain when she was cleaning my teeth and she told me it was because I had gum disease and was super sensitive. Throughout the cleaning she would stab directly into my gums and it left them irritated and swollen. But when I got my exit paper it told me I had healthy gums. My brother also had her and said it was also extremely painful. Other than that I have always had a great experience!

Doctors, nurses and hygienist are very professional and gentle! Only issues with Willamette dental group call center ,approximate waiting time 20 to 40 minutes....

Quick and professional! I was worried about this place from all these bad reviews on here, but glad I went forward with this office. You should too. :) Update: Just got my first filling, and it went VERY well! Professional and quick. Thank you guys!

Been going to Willamette for over 10 years now and love everything about them - ESPECIALLY the Kent office! Post-pandemic they've been so busy, calling the main customer service line has been a lengthy hold and then was told they had no appointments the next 10 weeks! Popped by in person and all set for a cleaning later this month. Nicest folks ever!

Takes forever to get an appointment. Once you're in there it still took 45 minutes to be seen. They glued the tooth that is ready to break, which did not hold and scheduled an appointment for 2 months out. I'll probably end up loosing the tooth due to their lack of attention!

RUN, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE I had a crown done here and fell off a year later, they won't HONER their work, I been calling them for more than a week now and they keep giving me no answer or help me with my tooth that is exposed and has no crown, my advice to other ppl is not to try this place, they are the worst
