This place is absolutely horrible!! They have no compassion for people in pain! I left in worse pain than before! I called begging for them to send my pharmacy something to help with my dry socket! Absolutely no call back after I was told she would call me back! They treat people on OHP LIKE DIRT.. I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life.

I had an appointment that I had to waited 2 months for and was called 1 hr before I was leaving and said they had to cancel because the the Dentist Had a family emergency that cost me a half days work. Then I missed an appointment because I was sick and they charged me $30 plus I'm sick of waiting 1-2 months to get something small done this is what socialized medical looks. I was told we are switching to better Dental insurance can't wait. All the employee's are really super nice it's the company that's The problem.

This location needs to work on their relationship and communication skills with Head & Neck Surgical Associates. I was referred to go there for my bottom two wisdom teeth removal. To begin with Head & Neck Surgical had a difficult time finding the referral Willamette sent to them and I had to reach out to get a consult scheduled after 2 weeks of hearing nothing. At my consult with the Surgical office the surgeon suggested I get all 4 teeth out if I'm paying for IV Sedation. I don't know if Dr. Kahtib reached out to Willamette dental for a referral for the additional 2 teeth but today when I got to my removal appointment they said they couldn't take out all 4 because Willamette never got back to them or me with a referral. I was told by Dr. Kahtib Willamette should have contacted me. Regardless there was a communication error between the surgical office and Willamette dental and ultimately this stressed me out on surgery day. After hearing complaints from their staff I suggest you work on your communication and relationship with that office.

Dr Jacky and his assistants Kym & Kasandra are wonderful! Wonderful service from this talented team! The office is so clean and efficient, all in all what a modern dental experience should be.

To say I have a phobia of the dentist is an understatement! (When I was Active Duty Navy, their dentist did a number lol). Also had a tooth infection that resulted in 4 different hospitals in 5 days. 3 ambulance rides- last 1 was the Jacksonville trauma hospital where I was in the ICU & they were telling my family to start making arrangements. The fear is extremely real. I read all of the reviews before coming & researched through moms groups on fb. Of course you mostly remember the scary/horrible 1s. I have been extremely surprised at how wonderfully I have been taken care of by this group (every single person from check-in to check-out) Dr. Lee is phenomenal! I do not think I've EVER said that about a dentist in my life. I literally cried through my 1st appointment from check in to check out, but I was treated with NOTHING but kindness. Her assistant helped to put me at ease from the start & explained everything to me. Also, I am very grateful for Jeffrey Jacky & his assistant too. This whole dental group has truly gone above & beyond to help restore my smile. I am so grateful for each of them. I'm also grateful I didn't just believe all of the "bad reviews". Please know people share the bad so much more than the good. * The only thing I have been disappointed about is that they do not accept Care Credit. I specifically got a card for my dental costs. Didn't find out until we had to pay $465 out of pocket (ouch ).

I've been going here for 2 years now. I'm pretty easy going, so I've had no complaints nor anything to rave about...until today. I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist Cecilia has been by far the most kind, friendly, warm, and professional person I've ever met in all my dentist visits ever. She educated me on oral hygiene. Really took her time to explain things to me and asked me questions to get to the root of my deteriorating oral health. She was kind and understanding, but also kept it real in such a gentle way. My teeth has always been a mess. I've basically gave up on them and just went in for a cleaning for a reason to get out of my chaotic house with 5 kids. I would've never imagined that a cleaning visit would motivate me to restart my journey to a healthy smile. All thanks to Cecelia.

I'm 42 and haven't been to the dentist in 20 years because of past experiences with doctors making fun of my teeth and the embarrassment of not having the best smile. I have a fake flipper tooth in the front that I have have fixed the last 20 years. With that said I finally build up the courage to make an appointment and go, feeling damn proud. Except when I get sat down that all changes with the doctor, not freindly at all and when they take my blood pressure (which I take medicine for) is slightly high, they refuse to work on me. Of course I'm a little high on the pressure. I been working up the courage to come in the last 20 years. I was offered no anxiety medicine. Just that they will not work on me. I honestly regret ever making an appointment with Willamette Dental Group

Definitely avoid this place. This place is only trying to milk your insurance. Will only handle things if you book multiple unneeded appointments first for cleanings etc. Literally tried to make me come back cause I wasn't numb. When the second Assistant came in to give me more numbing she told me they didn't even give me the normal dose. This after I told them it takes more for me to get numb. They told me I would need a specialist to get numb. Turns out I just needed the normal dose.

My wife came home crying in so much pain. She had a tooth pulled and told them before she left that she is in so much pain. She said the numbing is wearing off. All they said is that it should last for two hours and rushed her out. What is that? I've had teeth pulled and felt discomfort afterwards and so has she, but the amount of pain you let your patient leave in is so wrong. She went there to get relief not to suffer more afterwards. Will not be going back.

Horrible dentists! I had to wait 2 months for a filling appointment for THEM to call the same day and cancel and then push me out another 3 months for an appointment THEY canceled ! Because the dentist didn't want to make up the appointments THEY had to cancel. Definitely switching to a better dentist this company is horrible!

Sad and uncomfortable experience for my child and myself. Dissapointed and a bit confused about the whole experience I watched my child have. Seemed like a lack of interest and sensitivity towards the major discomfort and the complaints that started immediately and continued all through the entire process. Just makes me sad and confused of the entire experience so much that I wont be going there again. :-(

I've had a total of three dentist providers my whole life, and this by far has been my favorite and best experience. The receptionists here are welcoming and kind. Dr. Francois and all her assistance are very kind, helpful, friendly, professional, fast, and reassuring. I trust this team to get the proper and honest care. I was recommended to get a waterpik. It is kind of spendy, but worth every penny. I had a very bad tooth ache and could not get an appointment until a month out. I almost thought I wasn't going to be able to make it that long. I got a waterpik, used it 2-3 times a day, and my horrible toothache went away. :) had my appointments, got all my work done, and now just have to come back for a check-up in July. I'm thankful for Willamette Dental and their Team.

This office has such a great vibe! From the receptionists to the assistants to the providers, this office feels so cohesive. I appreciated how many nice things each team member had to say about their coworkers (unprompted, I might add!) - it says a lot about an office, which in turn leads to a great patient experience. My dentist, Dr. Roland, is very kind and the work I received was top notch and pain-free! Thank you, Willamette Dental Hillsboro!
