I had a pretty traumatic experience at my previous dental office so switched to willamatte dental group. The lady at the front desk as well as the dental assistant were extremely kind and personable! They made me feel at ease and genuinely cared about my experience. So glad I switched to this office. :)

Had an upper tooth that was abscessed and a massive sinus infection I needed to be on antibiotics prior to procedure once they pulled the tooth and it ripped a hole through to my sinus passage that was infected. I had such a bad infection afterwards it was the most painful thing ever and was disgusting had to get better medication from doctor my personal doctor antibiotics then they forgot to fill my prescription from this dentist office I schedule appointments they don't call back I walk in schedule an appointment they don't call back I have a filing checked because it is failing they said it was all good so I went to another dentist they said no it definitely needs to be fixed just seems to be one failure after another not satisfied and now that they can see my name on this review I'm going to even get worse service. Every since I complain to their review board about the procedure I wasn't happy with you can tell they have attitude when I come in there so it's really nice when you call for a review and they review themselves obviously they're never going to say they made a mistake it's just like the police policing themselves not an effective system. And this was not at the Gresham location they do a lot better job in Gresham

This clinic does not follow through with my treatment plan. Say one thing, do another. Fillings fall out all the time. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend to anyone. The receptionist listened to my story I cried and she hung up on me and says have a good day ma'am

I've had decent experiences with most dentists here, but Dr. Nyugen is my absolute favorite. I will be sad when I have to switch insurance soon. Every time I've had my annual cleaning she's even very informative about how I should be caring for my teeth, and about what I'm doing well. She's extracted two of my wisdom teeth and both times it was super quick and painless. When I've needed work done I've been given multiple options, so it feels like shared decision making rather than soemone doing what they want, which I've experienced with othe providers. Always answers my questions in simple terms. Great chairside manner, it always feels like we're old friends catching up. Thanks for your help, Dr. Nguyen!!

I don't recommend this office. I've heard a lot of bad things about the company but I've only been to this office. The staff is friendly but it's the treatment that they do that isn't good. I was scheduled for 2 fillings and I found out from another office that I had like 12 cavities but I wasn't told about any of them except 2. When I mentioned it to the dr and assistant they said they don't like to fill cavities when they're small (mine weren't small). When I explained this to 2 other doctors from different offices they thought it was strange because if you get diagnosed with cancer are you just gonna wait until it spreads? Or are you gonna treat the cavities before they become big and cause a problem? To me this just seems like a money thing. I've also experienced sensitivity on the tooth they did a filling on and I haven't been able to eat on my right side for months. I have switched dental offices and I'm much happier and I feel like my treatment is way better

My daughters and I have been on a waiting list for over a month for appointments and we're told today that we're not on the waiting list. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I don't think Willamette is a good fit for our family any longer. I would advise you to look else where also as there are many terrific dental offices out there with availability, curtesy, and a organized approach to caring for their patients.

The service here is late and slow. Most recently my wife waited two months for an important appointment. The appointment was cancelled due to her having a cold a week ago that had been lingering. Extremely petty and inconsiderate to cancel an appointment for someone in pain that drove 20 miles and waited 2 months over something that is no longer contagious.

Gresham office has horrendous service and is a joke when it comes to the patient care and the fact I was in their office 3 times within a week and then the ER because they are incompetent and have not a care in the world about the fact I had repeatedly told them I was in pain. They continue to tell me they couldn't speed up their process and I would just need to tough it out. I would end up having to change my insurance all together and see a different dentist office to actually get help. Disgusting people who don't know how to take care of the situation. I will never go back to Willamette.

Took great care to ease my nerves and help me deal with a broken tooth the staff were all very professional and polite. The Dr. made time to pull the tooth and I am supper appreciative of that as well. all in all they made it as pleasant a experience as they could for a guy getting a tooth pulled it wasn't bad at all

Dr.Nguyen and her team have been absolutely excellent. After 4 visits and some significant work I finally have a set of teeth I am proud of. After several bad experiences with other dentists Dr.Nguyen and her team have made every experience comfortable, easy and pain free as possible. Bottom line, these folks care and it shows.

RUN RUN RUN! I'll start off by saying I've never left a Google review in my life, but my experience at Willamette Dental has left me quite appalled. If I could give this "dentist" less than one star, I would. I went to Willamette Dental Group to have a chip in a filling repaired. They said "oh there's just a little crack in your filling, we can fix it with a composite filling, no problem". I thought "great" and paid them $324 dollars and went on my way. 10 days later, said composite filling fell out. I was out of state visiting my parents at the time, so I made an appointment to see my usual dentist to fix the problem. I notified Willamette Dental Group that their "composite filling" had fallen out, and they are refusing to rectify the situation, stating they have no bearing over the original filling. The original filling was still intact, the chip they "repaired" is what fell out. Willamette Dental Group should be embarrassed by the level of "care" they provide. As of 12/15/2020, I still have not heard from management at Willamette Dental...

I'd write a review of Dr. Nguyen and Paige but my 9 year old wants to write his own on his experience with getting some of his baby teeth pulled today. I loved the experience and I didn't feel a thing and Paige was so funny and extremely nice and I loved it. The dr was really cool too.

They're your basic Oregon health plan dental. cleanings and fillings are covered anything else they just want you to pull.I went to five different dentist they're not one could find the cavity in my tooth until it was so big it had to be hold out. I went and consistently for the over a year. Each dentist I saw said my teeth were fine.
