Worst office I ever been to. Stuff and customer service, front desk, nurses and dentist all are super rude and uneducated.

Two months ago, I noticed my son's tooth decay and went to Willamette Dental. Dr.*planned my son's treatment by herself and I agreed. A month ago, we went to Willamette Dental for the treatment. Dr.*said "Please open your mouth." to a five-year-old child as if she was talking to an adult.My son didn't open his mouth. Dr.* said coldly, "Does he understand English? If he doesn't open his mouth, I can't treat him." And she stopped the treatment after 3 minutes.Dr.* made a note on my son's medical record. I am a physician in Japan. I've never seen a doctor with such a terrible attitude.

This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Willing to pay twice as much for dental care to not have to deal with their "system".

I liked the dentist and hygienist. The patient waiting area feels like you're at the DMV. The Willamette dental insurance plan offered by my employer is much worse than my last dental plan and I do not recommend it and I will be changing my plan as soon as I can.

Horrible experience with Willamette dental specifically with their ortho services. They have taken on more patients then they can handle and unable to process adjustments in the proper time lines. If you use Willamette dental you, or your child, will actually have to have braces on for a significantly longer time frame then you need them. I actually completed changed dental insurance companies just so my family doesn't have to utilize this place. This company should be looked at for malpractice the situation is that bad.

Thank you Rachel your compassion and professionalism was above and beyond any Healthcare I've incountered . And Dr. Very cool and was exceptionally skilled !

Insurance minded dentists happy to put care off to keep you on the monthly hook forever. Dentist was arrogant and belittled me like an insurance claim adjuster. ONE cleaning per YEAR. Cost to care ratio received over a year was NOT WORTH IT! Obviously, we canceled asap.

Not too happy with this place. If I wasn't forced to go here because of my insurance then I definitely would look for another dental group to do business with. They have several dentists in the office but refused to book me an appointment with someone else so that I could have my broken front tooth repaired. They told me that I had to wait until the dentist who originally saw me had an appointment available And now here I am a month later, still waiting for my broken tooth to be fixed. Keep in mind nothing was done at the original appointment to address the problem, even though that is why I booked the appointment initially. If you are financially able, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Worst patient care I've ever experienced. I must saw a different doctor at each visit, so they don't even try to maintain patient relationship building. The last doctor I had never explained anything to me. Suddenly asked me to schedule two fillings that I didn't know were there. I asked for explanation from the doctor and they brought out the assistant. They wouldn't schedule more than two one cleaning a year. Sooo many red flags with the lack of consistency and care. I stuck with the cheap dental care at Willamette, but my mouth's well being and health suffered. I have switched dental insurances and will never go back.

Great office and staff but an inability to make Saturday appointments means I will most likely no longer be using your office, as it's times are completely inconvenient for me. What a shame! I'll miss this office, but being able to choose an appointment time for me that works is too important. I don't mind making appointments for months in advance if necessary, but that is no longer possible. I wish you well!

Due to an unintended lapse in insurance coverage, my husband found himself uninsured and needing an emergency root canal. We received an itemized quote of services and agreed to proceed. Despite our ability to pay, the entire team made it a humiliating experience. At every turn they reminded him that he was uninsured. Additionally, he has severe claustrophobia and the prep process made him very anxious. The dentist was brusque and had a terrible "bedside manner." There was no compassion from this staff. Thankfully this office is not our regular office.

We had a dental emergency, the team at Willamette Dental Beaverton were able to accommodate us on a Saturday. We couldn't have asked for a better team to assist us and comfort our 11 year-old son while extracting his tooth. We typically go to the one in Tigard, but they didn't have Saturday hours when we called, so we were transferred to the Beaverton location. I'm so glad we have Willamette Dental insurance and also can rely on two locations for excellent service!

i have been to many dentists and this is by far the best dental experience i've ever had! everyone is so wonderful, informative and professional. dr. lindsay does a wonderful job of getting it done quickly, efficiently and making sure you're comfortable. amazing!!

Gone twice now for emergency visit. This time for my husband, prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy and he needed soon as possible because of his pain. Couldn't get it sent until over an hour later. He needed to have sedation for tooth extraction and later dentures and the dentist did not refer to another dentist there for oral sedation. Was told to seek elsewhere for sedation without option of oral. Our insurance is only Willamette Dental. He needs seen ASAP, we are scheduled over a month out. He is a combat veteran and it was already difficult trying to get him to the dentist in the first place. We're in a horrible spot.

I came in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday because my temporary crown on my very front tooth had fell out and got lost leaving me toothless in the most important place. Everyone was extremely nice and I was greeted and helped right as i walked in. I was freaking out not knowing what im going to do knowing I just had moved here and did not aquire a primary dentist yet. So I called Willamette dental group in beaverton they gave me an option to come in for a walk in to be put on a waiting list that that isn't gurenteed and Willamette dental got me right in not having to wait long at all. With not many options for a missing tooth and no dental records to go off of, I didnt think I was walking out with a front tooth. THANKS TO DENTAL ASSISTANT AMELIA and her amazing skills and patience, my miserable day turned into a very good one almost leaving me in tears because of how greatful I felt! She molded my front tooth from litterally nothing which was not easy- nearly impossible, taking her time out of the day to do so. I am beyond thankful and amazed in her work and patience with me and to have walked out with confidence knowing my smile was all there and looking good! I had no problems with it getting loose or cracking. Thank you so much Amelia and beaverton Willamette dental group!
