Worst Dentist office. Schedule appointment, waited a month for this appointment. Because I have heard nothing but good reviews. Office is calling now for me to change my appointment after I waited I waited a month. The worst customer service and Dentist office ever

They're really nice and they explain everything that they're going to do to you which is very common because my husband hates going to the dentist they take my insurance . Their hygienist sam is amazing.

As a healthcare professional, I would not recommend this place. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. They tell you one thing on the phone and lie about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. BE AWARE!!! Take your business to a place that does not committee fraud.

I'm scared of dentists. But Dr. Park and her staff go above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Sarah is a caring and wonderful technician and made my deep scaling a much better experience than I expected. I highly recommend them!

Loved the before and after pics! My teeth and gums had more buildup and inflammation than normal and the tech, Sarah, took pictures to show me a detailed view. She followed up with pictures after and the difference was amazing to see. I've always been happy with my visits.

She worked on two teeth of mine, one was a filling and the other was a crown. She never smoothed out the filling and I can still feel the roughness even almost 2 years later. The crown was the most painful experience at a dentist I've ever had. I've had several crowns before and NONE of them hurt like that. Even just putting the crown on was excruciating which should NOT happen. The tooth feels far worse than it did before and I imagine it will need a root canal because of what she did. That or it always needed a root canal and she didn't realize which is still bad.

Been to several dentist but this one is the best.... they really care about how your teeth is doing and care about you.... always a friendly staff and will go out their way to make sure you are satisfied with your visit. If you are looking for the best dentist in Grand Prairie then come to Dr. Wihelmine Park....

I have been coming to Dr. Park and her wonderful team for almost a decade. That means I am always treated well and happy with all aspects of dental hygiene. From my first cleaning to my last crown .

This was my first visit to Family Dentistry of Grand Prairie/Dr. Park and I am very, very happy with the care I received. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dental technician who took the x-rays was very patient with my overactive gag reflex and her suggestion to calm it worked beautifully. Dr. Park was great. We reviewed my x-rays together; she was very thorough yet gentle with my exam and cleaning. I'm very happy to be a new patient of Dr. Park and the office.

Beware of the billing department Rosie and Dr. Park . A billing error occurred and they will not take responsibility for it. Rosie said she would get back with me on the same day of my call and did not I had to follow up in order for her to get back with me . Dr Park was to busy to talk to me.
