We pride ourselves in providing the ultimate experience for our patients starting with our extremely knowledgeable staff that can help you get established all the way down to the logistics of our building, location and parking. Our practice has the most comfortable approach to patient care coupled with the newest technologies that make any dental visit easier than expected.
Since 2011, Dr. Wilgus has served on the board of directors at the Sacramento Childrens Home. Not only helping oversee the operations as a board member but also seeing the residents of the Childrens Home pro bono in his practice to ensure that they had the best dental care possible. Dr. Wilgus became President of the Sacramento Childrens Home in 2019.
As a sports fanatic, Dr. Wilgus loves to sponsor everything from local schools fundraisers to kids sports teams all the way up to donating and making custom mouth guards for entire high school contact sport teams.

Dr. Wilgus and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. It makes it so much more enjoyable when you dread going to the dentist. Best dentist and dentist office I've ever had!

Best dental practice ever! I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr Wilgus and his entire staff are wonderful! He explained everything so thorough to me and the hygienist was very gentle and made me feel very relaxed. Hands down....they are the best!

Always love my experience at Dr. Wilgus' office. There are several dental options closer to home for me but I really love the quality of care and consideration and the comprehensive level of services I am able to receive here. I've had an awkward chipped tooth repair, therapeutic Botox for TMJ treatment in addition to standard dental care and have had an awesome experience each time. The staff make the experience, from the front desk to the dental hygienists and Dr. Wilgus himself, everyone is awesome. The office is very nice and swanky too, love the decor.

This was my daughter's first time having work done by Dr. Ryan. They were fantastic. The entire team from Katie (who is always great) to Eva who was new to us. They kept her entertained the entire time. She was in tears because of all the anticipation and nerves but they were amazing with her. It was such a quick painless experience we were in and out for a filling in less than 30mins. Excellent job guys! She was only worried about one thing once we'd gone, who would give her a new toothbrush. They took care of that as well :-)

We have been visiting Dr. Wilgus for years now, and he is absolutely the best! We drive an hour to see him, because he's that good. Dr. Wilgus is so knowledgable, one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and his office is extremely clean and modern. The entire staff is very organized and friendly as well. We are so grateful to be in the care of Dr. Wilgus!

At my age, I've been to a lot of dentist. Dr. Wilgus is head and shoulders above the rest. Tremendous bedside manner and incredible dentistry talent. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
