Best Dental experience ever! Not only do they have great service, but they make me laugh every time I go there for any treatment! I am so grateful to have this practice in my life! Update!- had pain on my right side upper and lower teeth. Dr. Dyer fir me in within a few hours. Solved the problem as my occlusion (bite) had shifted and now all is good! This is why they always get 5 stars...because they deserve it! Best place in town!

I have now had the opportunity to be seen by both of the dentists in this office. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this entire office from the front receptionists, the hygienist, the dentist assistants and the dentists!!! They are all so kind and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!!!

I was very pleased with my visit. I had tooth pain that was very bad. Dr Dryer took X-rays and had to extract two teeth. He and his staff were excellent. It took time but it was pain less. I have been to Delmarva dental and did not have this wonderful of an experience. Have recommend this dentist to friends.

I have been a patient in this office for a long time. I have been very happy with the care that I have received. Dr. Nelson Dyer is so caring, professional and just a great dentist. He explains everything he is doing as he does it. Which to me is very comforting. His office staff is always very friendly and caring. I had a nurse by the name of Colleen and she was excellent. You can't ask for a better team. They are just wonderful. I would recommend this office to everyone. I am always afraid of the dentist. It started when I was very young. This team is excellent at what they do. God bless them all!

We are so thankful to have the Dyers' Dentistry in Salisbury. The relief that comes after tooth pain is such a blessing! I have had that experience today after a long painful night waiting for daybreak to make an appointment. Everyone was so helpful and instead of losing a tooth - they had the expertise and care to save it and relieve the agony. I cannot say enough about how good their dentistry is!

Best dentist office I have visited in Salisbury! Everyone is super friendly, and care about your well being and comfort. Dr. Dyer is so super friendly, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. He is great at explaining everything and very gentle. We love this office and highly recommend!
