My family & I have been patients for 7+ years. I recommend this office to all my friends and coworkers. The staff is kind and accommodating, best of all dr has a gentle hand & is very patient. Also I have never been over charged inflated prices for services.

Very pleased with this office, each and every person there makes you feel like at home, from the waiting room to the dental chair in the back. They are always so happy and very informative. Dr Ziad is very clear with explaining treatment. Will definitely be back !

I have been experiencing extreme dental pain all week after chomping down on something that left a sensation of a cracked filling. Next night, went to the ER where I was given antibiotics for possible infection, and ibuprofen. They told me to see a dentist next day. So I called around next morning. The front desk lady at this place said "no dentist will touch you until you finish your antibiotics. If you have that much pain, the doctor won't be able to work on you." I asked "so I can't even get xrays to see if it's cracked my tooth or my filling?" and she said "no, earliest appointment we can do is 10 days, when you finish your antibiotics. And I see here that you had appointments here a few months ago that you didn't come to." After I got off the phone, I tried calling a few more places and found an office who told me to come in ASAP- low and behold, they took xrays and revealed a cracked filling that got IN the nerve. Right away, the doctor numbed me up (THANK GOD FOR THAT RELIEF), opened up the tooth, removed the broken filling, confirmed a small infection starting to develop, cleaned it out, put in antibiotics, and filled with a temporary. He even gave me an extra shot of numbing medicine for the road until I could fill my script. I can't believe any dental office would actually tell someone in extreme pain to tough it out without bothering to find out what's really going on first. Will never recommend.

I always had problems with the rudeness of the clerical person (Martha) in the front. She never smiles and she always reply to you curtly with rudeness in her demeanor. She is not helpful at all and she always finds the dark side of an issue. In spite of that, Dr Ziad, the owner, is an excellent doctor and one of our fellow members of the Islamic community. I really feel bad about writing this review. It would be nice if we are greeted with friendly staff that go out of their way to help instead of finding excuses not to do so.

I have been coming to this office for four years and I love the staff and the DR. He is so gentle and listens to your needs. I had had some bad dental experiences and he helped me get over them. I highly recommend this office.

Sister broke a tooth. Was dying...her dentist tried to schedule her 6 days out. I called these guys and she was in the chair in 15 minutes. Awesome friendly service. Take all types of insurance. 100 percent recommended!!

The lady Martha in the front office never put my appointments into the system even though it was booked a month in advance then when I called and asked her how did you take copies of our insurance cards and everything but I have no appointment she casually says "Well I took copies but never input to the system" and I was appalled by the lack of apology! I even asked her if I can have an apology and she says with an attitude "well sorry" this lady has got to be the rudest person I've ever encountered as a customer in any place, ever. And that says a lot.
