I made an appointment for my 2 kids. After taking them and waiting a week for them to call me with a treatment plan I had to reach out to them. Apparently they only service children 12 yo or younger which they failed to inform me when I made the appointment. They didn't verify my Insurance benefits until I called them a week later. Overall front end staff just doesn't have any experience and seem unqualified. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible they kept trying to separate me from my child. The cleaning was the worst he ever had my child was uncomfortable with the workers if you care about your children go to another childrens dentist

I have been bringing my kids here for over a year now and I love that I made the decision to bring them here. The front office staff are patient and kind. Any and all questions get answered. And it is not hard to get an appointment at all.

Doctors and assistants here are great, they gave excellent customer service, they made sure I was okay and they made my kids feel welcome and comfortable. The Doctors took the time to listen and understand how complicated my situation was and they took the time to evaluate what I was talking about and made sure it was taken care of. Love this dentistry.

I was told it would be a two to two and a half hour procedure and almost 3 and a half hours later we are still here...the anesthesiologist was nice .. one nurse was nice the others not so much....when i asked why it is taking so long i was given a bs answer ....finding a different dentist...

This is the best place to take your children for dental work. My children have been coming here for several years and have always been treated with great care and with patience. It is extremely easy to schedule an appointment as the staff insures that they work with both the parents and children's schedules. Wild west maintain clean patient areas and insure that the office isn't overly packed to help avoid the anxiety of covid 19 exposure... As a mom I highly recommend wild west dentistry for your children's needs

Amazing! Beyond amazing! I was worried because my daughter has been skiddish about going to a dentist but marline and Karen killed it I can't thank you guys enough for making this a positive experience for me and my kiddos.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! My 2 year old had his first check-up here and they told me he needed 7 silver caps and they would have to put him under for the surgery. When I tried to ask the dentist some questions she stopped me and said I could talk to the assistant and hurried out of the room. I was pretty shaken and the assistant could tell so she said not to worry that they do it all the time. I scheduled the surgery and then decided to get a second opinion. And I'm so glad I did! A nearby dentist said he had a few spots they wanted to keep an eye on but no further action was needed. 2 dentists and 2 checkups later with xrays and he still doesn't need any intervention. These people are dangerous, do not go here!

We had a very bad experience. The doctor was very rude. Auxiliary staff call several times to check if you are coming for an appointment. Terrible place!!
