My very first visit for 1 kid was great but coming back for 2 kids was awful....the lady cleaning my son's teeth dropped the tooth brush and tried to stick it back in his mouth, they don't look very sterile as the individual who examined my other son pulled gloves from out her pocket??? This place is a bit out dated and needs to work on cleanliness...the receptionist are very sweet that's the only positive

I have been taking my son here for 5 years. I could not be happier! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We usually see the same dentist and he's amazing! Everyone is caring and my son is never nervous! I would highly recommend this place!

1st day I went to the dental office in PHX it was great the staff was great. The wait time though are ridiculous thought in lobby and in the room. Rooms need to be remodel sinks were broken hard metal chairs rooms just looks dirty. To the point I had an appointment for my child to have his teeth pulled and called to cancel I supposedly spoke with a manager (girl at Front desk said) she got on the phone very rude asked why and I told because we need to leave out of town. This lady I quote " CALL BACK WHEN YOU CAN HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT" and hung in my face. I called back to see who I was speak with and was told I was speaking with her manager and I can hear YELLING stuff in background I asked if that was her in the background she said yes. I told girl I was on the phone with I will no longer come to their office. That was uncalled for. Where is your respect for patients and your professionalim. I didnt do anything to you. She may be having a bad Morning idk but don't take out on us. I'm just glad I didn't proceed with having my son's dental work done there if these are the type people that work. I took my daughter for her 6 month cleaning today. Our wait time was short, the front desk staff was nice, I was welcomed back with my daughter for her exam and cleaning, which I greatly appreciated, and I was very happy with the cleaning, x-rays and exam that were performed on my daughter. The dental hygienist and dentist are both very nice and easy to talk to and they did a great job cleaning my daughter's teeth and giving her advice on how to incorporate and perform better dental hygiene into her daily routines. My daughter felt comfortable and was cared for well from the beginning to the end of her dental appointment today. We have always had great service at this location! My daughter and I both left happy. I like this location so much that I happily made the 40 minute drive from my home on the west side to this location on the east side instead of taking them to the one closest to our home.

I would not recommend this place to NO ONE with handicap Children's, they told me they accepted handicap clients. I brought my 14 year old daughter there, for a teeth cleaning and the doctor dentist stuck the mirror in her mouth, the minute she started to close her mouth a little he got mad and said he was referring her to be put under anesthesia. I said why anesthesia?? She always gets teeth cleaning at other dentist that accept handicap. I said you do take handicap..... they said yes.... Just not like her!.....Like Her??? I will be reporting this dentist for discrimination on my child! Because they still charged her medical! And they do Accept Handicap....... JUST NOT LIKE HER!! The one star is there only because you could not make a review without a least one.... But it's not giving towards them, after the treatment they gave my child today!

Very convenient location with friendly staff. They made sure to inform me of payment before our visit, so I knew exactly what to expect. They are prompt with reminders, and take very great care of my son. We have been regulars for years and do not plan on going elsewhere. Thank you for amazing service and taking the time to provide quality services!

They currently have a drawing for a basket if you leave a 5 star review. I'd prefer to review based on my experience. The door states hours opening are 7am. We had an appointment for 8am, where the doors were then unlocked when we arrived around 7:50am. I have 3 children to be seen, a 2 year old and 2 older that are missing school for this. Patient arriving later than us were seen first. Overheard the office staff saying so so was running late. 25 minutes after our appointment time we were still not seen, and we left to reschedule. With a newborn in tow, and a 2 year old expected to sit still and watch a movie for an extended time we were already going to be there IF we were seen when we scheduled to be seen, if ANY of them were seen when scheduled, even if it was only 1 at a time. Being seen itself is longer than a 20 minute process to have a newborn wait even longer for their siblings to all be seen. I asked for an appointment reschedule for a time where we would actually be seen at our appointment time. With 4 kids in tow, a schedule is important. This is why an appointment was made and I feel the same courtesy and respect should be given to my schedule as well and not just theirs.

I've been coming to this location for years and I've never had any issues. They always make my kiddos comfortable and the staff is friendly. Its always clean and they have movies on for the kiddos. I've never had a complaint and would recommend to friends and family.
