DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! THEY HOLD YOUR CHILDREN DOWN! WHILE MY 13 YR OLD TRIED TO GET HELP OR LET THEM KNOW SHE WAS IN PAIN!! THEY IGNORED HER AND KEPT SAYING "WHAT, WHAT" MY YOUNGEST 7 WAS PUT UNDER AND WOKE UP FREAKING OUT ALSO AND ALL HIS FILLINGS CAME OUT! THIS PLACE IS THE SCARIEST PLACE! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I Had to take them both some where else and pay oops to get their teeth corrected.

Starting coming here a couple weeks ago. Love how friendly the staff is and have language accommodations. They are great and following up and calling for appointment reminders. We love it!

It's the best dentistry! It has good doctors and they have good service! I love this place. If I would choose a dentistry it would 100% be this one. I would highly recommend it

Wild West dental is an amazing place for kids. They always make sure to keep it short and simple. I've been going here for a good few years now and the people are always so nice. Miss Griselda is so sweet and is a wonderful lady, she's always so gentle with cleaning kids teeth. :)

Worst service I have ever experienced. Been here 3 times and every time it has been the same. Not sure why they have appointments if they will have you wait a hour later to see you and seem bothered every time I've asked for a update . I will definitely be looking for a new dentistry .

Time is wrong for Mondays, they open at 8am and it's only front staff available no providers. Got my date mixed up to find that out. They don't have hours of operation printed on the door either.

I've have been taking my boys to this dentist for the past 8 years with overall good experience, I have had a negative experience at my previous appointment, although I brushed it off as someone was having a bad day. After going into this office again, I was fed up in they lobby they have 3 TV's all of which are turned off, so no lobby distraction for young kids( bring activities ), I believe they are way over booked I was there for 1 hour and 30 mins in total, for only 2 kids cleanings. I must say the hygienist was kind, and the dentist as well. They didn't offer a ballon or cheap trinket to my boy as incentives for doing well after the appointment. My boys didn't even get the standard toothpaste, toothbrush and floss seriously no incentives for kids to want to go here. I'll be sure to check if they billed my insurance for it though. Where I was furious is at the scheduling a cavity appointment part you are expected to pick 1 of 4 days during a month, my packet I filled out was never copied and sent to me even though it had possible injuries and medications to take. Canceling this appointment was obviously not okay to so have no emergencies, you must confirm 2/3 phone calls to confirm the appt. If you fail to confirm your appt is canceled and you will be I quote "referred somewhere else" 1 week prior you will finally be notified of a time to be there that day. I am a full time working mom I have to request time off for these events the what seems to be the maybe the front desk manager (blonde maybe 30 year old female) was unprofessional rude and unable to accommodate a schedule. Thankfully after this whole endever she encouraged me to find a new dentist. **To top this all off seemed like a worker there had no daycare a maybe 10 year old boy sat behind the desk the entire visit start to end(HIPPA?)** I cannot stress the fact to just not go here I am not the type of person who writes negative reviews but I had to notify other parents. Seeing as all other recent reviews are negative I'm assuming a management change or company change, unsure but still it's unexceptable.

Thought I'd give this place a try again, sadly we left and didn't get seen. We arrived 10minutes prior to my son's appointment which was at 1:00 we waited until 1:30 and I asked why he wasn't called back yet. The front office lady told me their was a big family back there and that there was still 2 people ahead of us. What?! For the last 3 times we came to this office my kids and I waited at least an hour past our appointment time. I thought this time would be different. My question is why do they always schedule a whole family, why can't they be like most clinics and schedule two siblings at a time? Their office clearly handle those big appointments. After I spoke to the front office lady 2 more families overheard the long wait and also cancelled their appointments. We won't be back this time. My four kiddos don't need to wait over an hour for a cleaning. Also good luck finding a place to sit, they only have 6 disgusting heavily stained chairs in their waiting room. Bye

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Unorganized, rude staff, and DIRTY! Leaving their computers open and violating HIPAA. Had no idea what my son was there for even though I told them over the phone what we needed & they explained they could do it. Waited an hour to be called back, I get that things get behind schedule but no communication about that? My son was genuinely scared to be seen there so we got up and left!!

We've been coming to Wild West for 7 years and love how well they care for our kids. The staff, hygienists and dentist are wonderful.
