Just had my wife take my daughter there and this 6ft man sat there and yelled at my wife and told her she needed to get out of his room cause he don't allow parents in with their children!!! My kids will never come back here. And he going to meet me. Yell at my wife. Your a tool and I bet you don't got the nerve to yell at me:) my daughters name is Isabella B. I'm sure you will figure it out.

I really love this dentist office. This is my son's third time visiting here, and every experience has been a good one...for me and him. Even when he got scared and then realized he was just getting his teeth brushed, the nurse was so patient...and he finally relaxed. Very professional and friendly staff.

The dentists are very nice however, the office as a whole at times has long waits and they set appointments the minute they open and the exact time they come back for lunch and if you arrive 10 minutes early like your supposed to to update paperwork they keep the door locked and make you wait out side regardless of how hot it is... They also don't let you go back with your children until the actual dentist does the exam which has been scary for my youngest one but the older two seem to be okay with it.

We always order from Dominos in Cotton Lane. No problems , but I would like to thanks Paige , delivery driver. They shouldn't go unnoticed.... Yes I tipped and she is very polite and kind spoken. Food was awesome. Thank you.

This place is awesome. Staff is very friendly and they made my son feel really comfortable. At first he was afraid of the dentist now he's ok with going to Wild West dentist office.

RED FLAG: DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!! Clinic separates children from parents. Not comfortable with clinic taking my child behind closed doors and not allowing parent to be there next to child to see the services performed on child and don't know if a child predator is there. As we know a predator comes in all shapes and sizes doctors, teachers, coaches, priest, etc. I refused service and took my child out once they didn't let me behind the door. Wild West front staff is rude and also they bribe clients to write good reviews another HUGE RED FLAG that this is a unprofessional business.

Office is located in a nice area her in goodyear. I brought my three children in for exams and had a great expeirence. Dr. Kerr was nice and took the time to explain treatment in detail and answered all my questions. We did have a bit of wait to get us back but nothing out of the ordinary like any office. The kids enjoyed getting their baggy and balloon at the end of their visit.

They didn't put the cap on right so now i have to get his teeth pulled out and his front teeth could have had caps on sted of being pulled very unprofessional since day 1 only went there twice traumatizing experience would not suggest it so upset and let me add my son does not like when we brush his teeth anymore so its a struggle

Very welcoming office! Front office is very informative, the dental assistants treated my children with patience which I really appreciated and the dentist showed me the areas of concern on X-ray as well as in my kiddos mouths.

The staff were all very nice and I got to go in the back to see the x-Ray results after my kids got their teeth cleaned. Very clean and doesn't feel crowded or stuffy. I like the location and there is plenty of parking. The dentist was nice and explained xrays to me. my kids were happy with their visit as well. Not too much paperwork to fill out just a couple sheets.

This place has gone way down hill. I will be looking for a new dentist for my children. I have always gone in the back with my kids in the past and continued to stay at this place because of their transparency. 2 of my kids have ADHD and anxiety disorder and despite their medical diagnoses, they said today parents are no longer allowed to go back with their children. That makes me VERY uncomfortable, especially for children with needs like this. When brought up to the staff, they had an attitude. I allowed my kids to go back just for the teeth cleaning part without me, and all 3 of my kids said the staff were not warm and they felt very anxious and uncomfortable and don't want to go back there again without me. 2 of my kids had a cavity and when I asked about being in the room with them for at least the procedures, the staff told me they won't allow it. I explained that Dr. Nielsen has always allowed me to be there for procedures (even when the other doctor said no in the past) and the front desk girl said the company has talked to Dr. Nielsen about not allowing it because he's the only doctor that does, and they frown upon it. The company doesn't want Dr. Nielsen to cater to the parents, though anxiety disorder is a real medical issue and not a "convenience" to just cater to like they made it seem. Unfortunately Dr. Nielsen, who has been my kids' dentist for MANY years, wasn't there and the rest of the staff were ones I did not recognize. It was an awful experience, and when I asked them to please reach out to Dr. Nielsen about our needs (because he has always given the okay for me to be with my kids in the past) I felt very blown off, as if I was a bother. At this point I don't feel confident the message will even make intro him- so we may be going elsewhere to get the cavities taken care of and will be looking for a new dentist for their future visits. Do yourself a favor and pick a different dental office for your children's needs.

Wild West located in Goodyear is one of the best offices I have gone to for my children's dental cleanings. As soon as you walk in they welcome and greet you with the best customer service. The assistants make sure that you feel comfortable enough to trust them with your children. They are all so kind and caring that my kids loved coming. They really do look forward to their next visit at Wild West. As a parent theres nothing better than seeing your kid happy and content especially coming to a dentist office. We as a family loved the office and will definitely be coming back.

Relocated to this location from the one on Camelback. My kids felt more comfortable at this location. Starting from the front desk staff to the doctor; everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive to help answer all our questions!
