A standard of excellence in personalized pediatric dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use preventative dentistry to achieve your child'soptimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for your childas soon as possible.

As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Thats why we focus on thorough exams checking the overall health of your child's teeth and gums and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your child's smile, were also concerned about their health. A review of medical history can help us stay informed of your child'soverall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impacttheir dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your child's smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern pediatricdental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you and your child with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

We had a great experience today. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. After a bad experience at a different pediatric dentist, this was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Josell to my friends.

They don't want you to sit with your children while they're getting dental work, only been there twice but the first time the hygienist seemed to have an attitude when I clearly felt uncomfortable letting him back alone, second time I heard the doctor asking the hygienist if she told me not to come sit with my kid. Thats fine but I will be finding a new dentist. Other than that they did a good job.

The dentist wasn't really that nice with my 4 year old... could've been better. We moved because they (the receptionist) canceled my appointment after I confirmed it. 0/10 in my personal opinion. They toys and the distance for the kids was nice though. But not worth it.

Love the atmosphere my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist. The male doctor was very nice and gentle with all 3 of my boys. For the most part the staff is very friendly. I did have an attitude from the scheduling lady she seemed annoyed to be doing her job.

I wish I could give 0 or minus review. Dr. CATHY is very rude and impatient with the child. she refused my 6 years old complimentary gift saying she was not cooperative. My two daughters (6 and 7 years old) went for some protection layer treatment for teeth. They don't let parents goes in with the children. My little one was coughing, and she has done the work half - that why she didn't give her the complimentary gift as a punishment. The assistant told this line "Dr Cathy said, she was not cooperative that why she will not get gift today". Thank that what happening inside my 6 years old mind that time. I have to give back my other daughter's gift to them, as can't tolerate one will get and one will not. She may be a good doctor, but she needs some child psychology training and some patient training. I just went through some comments in the Google review -- found that this was not the first time parents compline about Dr. Cathe's impatient behaviors. It's not that I can't buy toys, but this complimentary gift toy made children's go back to the dentist. Very poor judgement of her. Planning to change the Dentist now. Enough is enough.

Worst dentist ever. The dentist Jay or Joe something with a J he's very rude after I was told what was going on with my child having to get silver caps I started talk to one of the receptionist I told my husband to ask the dentist about the process and the jay guy told my husband oh she can tell you talking about me I wanted him to explain it to my husband which he didn't he had a bad vibe anyway smh plus he's very ruff when he should be gentle when working with kids. But First off if you have a toddler your not allowed in the back ..I already didn't trust that because toddlers can't tell you if someone was mean or nice I always got a bad vibe and finally one day my child had to go to the back while I was talking to someone one of the girls grabbed my child up out the seat from the back for X-ray didn't say hi to my child or let my child know what was going on didn't even say hi to me after that I left and decided to find a dentist where I can sit with my toddler you can't trust people with your child when your not in the room..People in it for the money these days..No longer have care for people..

Service has gone way down over the years. Check-In/Check-Out staff are rude. When my children come out, they continuously report the techs are not friendly and impatient and that Dr. Harris (wife) is quick and dismissive; unconcerned with child's comfort level. In looking at some of Dr. Harris' responses to reviews, it's clear to see just how dismissive she is to both the children and parents.

Everyone was very polite and patient with my 2yr old. It was her visit and she was scared about what was going on. Marel,I'm sure I spelled it wrong my apologies, she was one of the dental assistant was so patient and great with my daughter while cleaning her teeth. Dr. J was kind and quick as well knowing that my daughter was getting upset. It's a fun place and they have definitely made it for kids .
