Dr. Christopher Root and his team have been taking care of all my dental needs for several years. Everyone in his office from the receptionist, dental hygienist to the dentist is pleasant and professional. They do a great job in keeping your teeth in your mouth. The office is immaculate. If your searching for a dentist I highly recommend you give Dr. Christopher Root and his staff a try.

Wilbraham Dental Associates are the best! Been working with them for over a year with Invisalign. They have been nothing but helpful and professional and are constantly making sure you are satisfied with your teeth! Will continue to go here for cleanings and any other concerns I may have.

I broke a tooth yesterday and immediately called Dr. Root's office. Beata answered the phone and said to me, come in! Dr. Root put a temporary filling in for me! The service is fabulous and the staff is so friendly!! Highly recommend!!

You don't often find dentist visit and wonderful experience in the same sentence but that is what makes this office special. Everyone is friendly and caring and you get the feeling they care about you as a person. This is a genuinely kind group of people.They are also very catering to those who are nervous about having dental procedures. They make sure you are comfortable and are always checking to make sure you are comfortable.

I absolutely love this practice. I am not a person who deals well with going to the dentist, and after a long period with no insurance I needed to find a dentist that I would be comfortable with for the long haul. It sounds so silly, but these people are the friendliest most welcoming staff that I can remember running into at any type of office in a very long time. They literally said "welcome home" after my first evaluation and my sharing about not being in the chair for a long time. The front desk staff called my insurance to try and get the best idea of how to structure my treatment plan and just really showed me they are actually caring human beings. Dr. Root is patient and professional and I just can't say enough good things on the whole. Hoping to make them my dental office for life. Five stars.Oh, and my dental hygienist is also amazing. She kept checking in on me throughout my appointment to be sure I wasn't in discomfort even though it made the job longer for her.

The dentist and staff are always welcoming and wonderful. The fact my kids look forward to going to the dentist say's it all. Highly recommend them.

Dr Root and his entire staff are professional, thorough, and very friendly. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, (They know it). But I always feel confident when I come and go from there they are giving me the best service and only what I needed.
