Dr. Tom Wigger graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 1977 and has been practicing dentistry for over 40 years. He was one of the first dentists in Louisville to use sedation dentistry on patients. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, and is a member of D.O.C.S. (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation).
Dr. Tommy Wigger graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 2007. After graduation, he joined the practice with his father, Dr. Tom Wigger. Before dental school, Dr. Tommy graduated from Bellarmine College and St. Xavier High School in Louisville.
Dr. Tommy is an active member in the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, and is a member of D.O.C.S. (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation). Through his education at U of L and through continuing education courses, Dr. Tommy is able to provide state of the art dental treatment such as rotary endodontics, sedation dentistry, implant dentistry and smile makeovers.
Wigger and Wigger Dental care accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in the Louisville, KY area. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.
At the time of service, we ask that patients remit payment for the out of pocket percentage for their dental treatment. We take payment in the form of cash, check or credit. We also accept payment using HSA funds (health savings account) or FSA funds (flexible spending account). Additionally, we work with Care Credit to offer low monthly payment plans to our patients

We have been Dr. Wigger's patients for years. The entire staff is friendly, respectful and caring..We really appreciate the way every procedure is carefully explained and all questioned answered. Of course, we are very pleased with all services.

My daughter has a lot of stress even thinking about a dental appointment. She was referred to Dr. Wigger for a series of sedation appointments and we couldn't be happier with all the work done. His staff is so professional and courteous and my daughter doesn't dread her appointments with Dr. Wigger.

I went today and had my teeth cleaned and my dentures cleaned. The entire office was clean and pleasant. The staff was amazing, very patient, and professional. Would recommend 10/10 times. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to the entire staff.

First and foremost: Thank you Dr. Wigger, and everyone at Wigger & Wigger Dental! My partner was recently seeking emergent dental care, we were having the most difficult time finding any dentist taking new patients until the end of March and out to May - and a fairly poor experience in the effort of getting x-rays and a consultation. All of this was preceding the wonderful recommendation of Wigger & Wigger. I left a message at their office and within the hour I was called back, after having discussed what we had done up until this point, we had an appointment the next day. After a quick and wonderful consult, we were referred (with 3 wonderful options) out because the needed procedure wasn't Dr. Wigger's specialty, however in the effort of great care and attention to his patients, he did inform us that if we couldn't get an appointment within the week to call back and he would ensure he was prepared to do the procedure himself. This was quite the blessing given the pain my partner was in, and the entire time he kept our financial situation and ability at in mind, and still delivered some of the best service and care we've ever experienced in a dental office. I cannot express the gratitude and respect that I have for this office and their wonderful service. I highly recommend Wigger and Wigger to anyone seeking a medical treatment plan that is affordable, high standard, and given the frustration and pain with our specific circumstances, they absolutely did everything within their power to make it a pleasant and bearable experience.

First visit. The entire staff was great, from reception, to the hygienist, to Dr Wigger. All were friendly and professional, and I can't say enough good things about them. Best yet, though, was my experience in the chair. No pain, thorough check-up, and I left with clean teeth and a future appointment for a minor procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

We have been going to Wigger & Wigger Dental Care for over ten years. I trust Dr. Wigger and his staff with our dental care because they are honest and do a great job. His staff is always friendly and professional. My four kids actually enjoy going to the dentist!

I always feel like I'm visiting with family rather than the dentist. They ask how me and my family are doing, and they know everyone by name. I chat with Micah non-stop like she's an old friend while she's cleaning my teeth. On the professional side, they're sensitive to any concerns I have, amazingly patient with any gag reflexes, and work around my crazy schedule. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

It's rare to find someone who likes to go to the dentist. I am not one of those people. Wigger and Wigger is a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and funny. The time they take to answer questions or give you solid advice makes you feel like you're the only patient they have to see that day. Also keep themselves on time. I haven't had to wait beyond my appointment time .

Highly recommend Dr. Wigger and Wigger. I have been going here every 6 months for over 20 years. It is a family owned business and you are truly treated as family every time you walk through the door. The hygienist Nancy is very gentle and kind. She is very thorough and never causes me any pain. I have never had to wait even a minute past my appointment time to be seen.

I have been with Wigger & Wigger for years. They are very good at what they do. They are a Christian family who you trust to do you right be their work and ethics. Never once have I been disappointed in any work they have done on my teeth. Have had root canal, etc done. They are very good at giving shots also. I am afraid of needles and they did excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was there for a cleaning. As always the cleaning went well, Nancy is extremely efficient and caring as is Dr. Wigger Sr. I have never meant the younger Dr. Wigger, but if he is anything like his father they are a great team. From the front Desk Manager Robbie to the entire staff they are all an excellent team.

I have been going to Dr Wigger's office for almost 30 years. They have very friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile and answer any questions I have. I actually enjoy my dentist visits! They are extremely knowledgeable, always looking out for my best interest, never their own. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist! You will not be disappointed.
