For 6 years, I mistakingly used this place for my Dental Needs and spent THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket for all the appointments during that time. Although some of their employees are great, I had several experiences with certain individuals that make me regret ever stepping foot in this place. For example, During one cleaning, a female messed my mouth up so bad, I had sores for weeks after. I had to request to never schedule my appointments with her again. Another experience I'll never forget is during an installment of a permanent crown, a different female dental assistant used the same pair of gloves for the entire 2 hour appointment. At times, she would adjust her chair or fix her hair, then stick her fingers in my mouth without changing her gloves at any time. I was disgusted. I also have a crazy schedule which caused me the need to reschedule several appointments, most of them with notice, but a few without notice. I would always pay their ridiculous fee for a "no show" if a missed without notice, until the last time I placed a $100 deposit ( to be used towards my service bill for that day ) for an appointment which I missed. This was understood since I had missed the previous appointment. Not only did they not put my money towards a future appointment when another scheduling conflict happened, last second, but they told me they would refuse me service from that day forward. No refund on my $100 deposit and an additional "outstanding" balance on my account for missing that appointment. I was also told this that day.... " You clearly do not care about your dental health like we do and you need to find a different dentist because we will no longer be providing you service. " Not only is saying something like that extremely unprofessional, it's absolutely FALSE as I clearly had many teeth fixed at Wickham Dental Care and paid them thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket, not to include my insurance money they would get each time. I had to file a dispute with the company I bank with to get my deposit back which thankfully we won. Regardless of being refused service, I was already in search of a new Dentist due the unprofessional, disgusting and fraudulent things I experienced there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Friendly associates to speak with although I really hope they are more understanding in the future. I was 13 minutes late due to traffic when I was rescheduled after I called to confirm I was still in the clear for my appointment. Driving more than an hour away to be rescheduled isn't fun to be honest.

Terrible experience with doctor huy tran, he just try to steal money from patient Hopefully someone reading this review or same problem with this doctor ! Please say say something for anyone know thank you

Incompetent, rude staff. Avoid at ALL costs. Apply inside. They need new staff. 2 hour wait, and don't even get a cleaning. Plus office manager and Alma are the worst. OMG waste of time.

When I was a young girl I had a big complex about my front teeth because I never got my adult tooth in so I had a baby tooth all my life in the front. Everyone always thought I had a chipped tooth. I came to Dr Kumar and he placed a dental implants bridge. The staff and everyone was so kind and helpful. Also very patient with me and with my anxiety and fear of dentist. I love my new smile and now I can smile with out a complex

I had an infection in my bone from a root that was left in from a wisdom tooth pulling from a different doctor. And Dr. Kumar opened the area up and cleaned it out. Put me on some medication. And I'm healing up very well. I'm so appreciative! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Kumar was highly recommended to me by a good friend who told me of his great work and experience. When I visited Dr. Kumar's office the extra effort and care of his front office staff is something i very rarely have experienced, they were all extremely nice, they knew all of their patients names and genuinely cared about their patients. It was refreshing and mAde me feel I was important and they had a genuine interest in me. When I was taken back for my examination my technician knew my name and took some time to get to know me, she was kind, respectful and reassuring. As the customer care I felt well taken care of and important. The entire building was immaculately clean and well maintained. When I met Dr. Kumar he took time to get to no me and made me feel like he was a part of my team and he wanted the best for me and my dental needs. Dr. Kumar made me feel like he cared and he was looking out for my best interests. It is very rare thst I have felt like I was going to be in safe and good hands, . Words will never do justice to show grateful I am to Dr. Kumar and his entire team at Wickham Dental Care. From the moment you walk in you're treated like family. Dr. Kumar took his time meeting with me and was very honest about the different options for restoring my teeth. He also personally called me on his cell phone to check in and discuss the procedure further. That is so rare in this day and time and truly shows the character of Dr. Kumar. If you're looking for a dentist who cares about his patients and looks out for there wellbeing, look no further than Wickham Dental Care and Dr. Kumar. God bless him and all the incredible men and women who work there!

Doctor Kumar and his staff are absolutely amazing! So far they have exceeded my expectations with their level of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Most importantly they care about their patients and it is clear that they are truly passionate about being of service to others by helping to improve the quality of people's lives through the phenomenal work that they do. As soon as I walked into his office, he welcomed me & greeted me with a handshake and a smile. That was so comforting, and I instantly knew I had come to the right place. Also, Doctor Kumar is the 1st doctor who has ever personally called to follow up with me after undergoing a surgical/dental procedure. That alone speaks volumes & I am very thankful!

I recently came here to have my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous but between the friendly staff and the doctor being very straightforward and quick in removing them it was as easy and quick a process it could be. I believe he had them out in less than 20 mins from start to stop. Thank you Dr.Lapointe and wickham dental care.

Dr Tran is amazing. I have been going to Wickham dental Care now for over 3 years and I usually just go in to have my teeth cleaned by Carlos who is fantastic and does a great job. I've never had any problem with the office staff they are always friendly and much more importantly they are all very competent. I've never had an issue with any billing and when you schedule appointment you are seen promptly, it's not like some dentist offices where you schedule it at 10:00 and you don't get even brought back until 10:30 and then you sit in the chair for 15 minutes waiting on somebody to actually start your procedure. It's like you come in at your schedule appointment they call you back with very little wait time and they see to you immediately when you sit down in the chair everything starts. I recently went in because I chipped my front tooth and went to see what I could do about it with Dr Tran he was so helpful so friendly gave me all my options what we could do today and what we could do in the future it was a truly easy, informative and now my smile looks great again. Very very happy with all the staff including his assistant Michelle ,everyone's just so nice there would definitely recommend Wickham dental Care to all my friends and family.

Wickham Dental Care is amazing. The staff is excellent, very caring. Clean and beautiful office. Incredibly professional dentists. Dr. Kumar and Dr.Lapointe are some of the best dentist in Brevard. Highly recommend them.

December 2021 update: I left the practice several months ago now, due to the laissez-faire attitude toward Covid 19 during the height of the Delta variant wave. I now see Dr. Chenet, in an office where I feel safe. When I left the practice, there were no mask requirements for patients, no temperature checks, no in-car waiting room, no post visit follow up to check for exposure prior to appointment date, no barriers between front desk staff, no masks or other PPE on front desk staff. As of December 2021, there is no mention of Covid on the website. This should serve as a giant red flag. I did not feel safe, as it was clear that none of what we have learned over so many months of this nightmare had made any impression. I had also noticed (prior to the pandemic) that there seems to be a revolving door where staffing is concerned. I was quite fond of Dr. Tran -one of the newer dentists to join the practice. Leaving was one of the simplest, yet most difficult decisions I've ever made. I was always treated well, and received excellent care. They helped me through the worst of my dental phobia. It hurts me deeply to think that a health professional would not do all they could to prevent more needless suffering and death - especially one I trusted. My previous review was glowing. I've shortened it dramatically: If you want a wonderful, brilliant, exceptionally skilled dentist with an amazing staff, do yourself and your teeth a favor, and go to Wickham Dental Care. This goes double for anyone with the kind of dental phobia I had.
