Posting on behalf of my MIL but she was in such horrible pain due to a tooth ache the day before. Called first thing in the morning as she is from out of state and didn't have a family dentist here and they had her scheduled for an appointment within an hour. We were not sure of her dental coverage but they were able to look it up and advise us of everything. They gave us quotes along the way of the amounts so there were no surprises at the end. They assessed her pain and her concern of what the issue may be, took an X-ray and we came up with a treatment plan right away. We went through her complete medical history and reviewed this with the hygienist and I was so impressed that the dentist and the lady that administered the Novocain read through her medical history, asked questions prior to moving forward with any of the procedure. The dentist even had her take antibiotics as preventative prior to her treatment to avoid any issues due to a prior surgery concern. Treatment went great and she is recovering comfortably at home. I am so pleased with the staff and dentist that I will be remembering them for myself and my family as well. We will definitely be using them again!!

I have terrible dental anxiety and have neglected my dentist trips. I had a "scary" appointment today and Dr. Pierson and the staff made me feel so calm! Even scheduled my next appointments!

Yes I enjoyed my visit to Wichita family dental. I'm excited to come back there soon to get the rest of my teeth taken out. You and all your stuff members are the best customer service and you are a great dentist and all your stuff members are great too. Each and everyone of all your employees deserves a big raise. And a pat on the back for doing such a great job taking care of all the customers.

I've been a patient at this office since 2011, but never again. The office atmosphere has changed and I no longer feel respected. This year I replaced 11 year old dentures and the treatment and product quality I got were off the charts in a very, very BAD way. The new teeth look nothing like the old, they don't fit, and the pressure for me to change the hardware on my implants borders on coercion. I tried to give them another chance to fix this issue ( the teeth in the dentures are not aligned with the center line of my lip and the teeth are unattractive and crooked) but their goal was to rush me to sign acceptance and shoo me out the door. I'm so disappointed by this whole team. DON'T GO HERE. There are plenty of dentists in Wichita that do dentures and will respect your needs.

I was in a terrible accident, had a broken jaw with many shattered teeth sometime ago. Yesterday my jaw was hurting, could not sleep. They measured my lower bite, with the latest technology. In 4 days I will have a guard that will fit exactly to reduce my bitting pressure. I had many crowns replaced the same day! Thank you again Dr. Begnoche and staff. You are one of the reasons my wife and I don't want to move from Wichita!
