Never use an ordinary Dentist for a root canal. I had no idea how much more skill and quality of care could be provided by a Endodontist like Dr. Jacob Butler. Having vastly superior knowledge along with the microscope and CAT scan tools provides a level of care not possible in a Dentist's office. One of many reasons you will likely avoid the infected root caused by my dentist.

I really had a very good experience . Very good. Dr Craig Hoffman and Kay were the best. I was wishing they were my regular Dentist and Hygentist. I would definitely recommend them. Made you feel really comfortable and explained everything in detail. I would go there again for sure.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Hoffman was very proficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. I could not believe how comfortable I was through the entire root canal. The assistant even gave me a blanket. I had no discomfort with the local anesthetic after the numbing agent. I was so surprised. This was the best experience I have ever had. The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. She could even understand everything I said with my mouth wide open with a bite guard and dam in place. I never had to try to repeat anything. Amazing.

Wichita Endodontics, Dr. Hoffman and staff are amazing. They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Great experience! They get 10 stars from me!

They are amazing!! I am shocked the next day I don't feel any pain. How in the world did they make it this simple. However I'm not sure it has resolved the problem. I'm waiting to verify.

This was such an amazing place for my two root canals and my out of control anxiety! Wonderful staff and very helpful! Awesome and very knowledgeable doctor! I had to have two root canals in the back on the same side done! The first day was the consultation and it went amazingly (except for the cold test on your tooth that was brutal but it was only brutal because I ignored my cracked tooth for two months and had no prior otc Tylenol the same day ) After that the assistant and front desk ladies that was with me explained everything in detail and was very understanding that we needed to do a payment plan! Which we went ahead and ended up paying off the rest at the second appointment but it was still amazing to have that option! They got me scheduled quickly after my first appointment and then prescribed me a pill of Ativan (generic version) to help with my nerves and to take an hour before my appointment. On the day of my appointment, and when I tell you my anxiety is bad, it was bad!, I got back with the assistant Sam and she was very attentive and asked how I was feeling when I was honest with her and told her nothing had really changed she added the nitrous gas, drew the shades, put music on, and gave me an amazing fleece warm blanket after a while and a few more things to try to get me to relax and stop literally shaking in the chair I finally stopped and calmed down so much so I actually nodded off towards the end! It was the BEST experience I have ever had at a dental office! And I have had a LOT of dental work done from herbst appliance, braces, fillings, other root canals! Nothing was comparable to this experience!! Thank you so much!

This was simply the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly and professional and every step was explained to me clearly. Dr. Hoffman did a wonderful job in a timely and efficient manner and the whole team and setting made an experience I was dreading into a rather pleasant event.

I've been here for multiple visits They've done 3 or 4 of my 11 root canals. I will say this. Dr Butler, who I always ask for by name, has always taken the best care of me. No pain, no bs, just good solid dentistry. The dental assistants and other staff are always great, knowledgeable and all around a pleasure to speak to. Dr Butler has a doctorate in dentistry and as I found out today a masters in endodontics. I would trust him with my teeth any day. Thank you for taking good care of me. This may or may not be a paid advertisement, I'll let you all wonder about that.

The nurse was very comforting and was very vocal about what they were doing, when things might hurt, and was very friendly. The doctor was very professional and worked quickly and effectively. Turned a very scary experience into a very calm and comforting experience

Everyone was very kind and helpful during my visit. Great experience with the dental assistant who gave me an excellent explanation of the entire procedure from start to finish, with no surprises. The doctor was friendly, skilled, and worked gently(almost pain free) for my comfort. Will Definitely go to them if I ever need another root canal.

Doc is good looking. I was a surgery nurse and asked around, and was told he's the best. So that was reassuring. He did hit a nerve. I dropped 5-6 tears, cleared my throat, and changed my briefs after, but he rapidly numbed the tooth and got back to work. The staff is professional. It's nice going into a facility and not hearing the personal bs.
