I've been a patient of Dr. Senn ever since he moved his practice to Sebastopol. Very lovely man and a good dentist. But for some reason I've been trying to get an appointment for a while and nobody calls me back. I guess I have to go elsewhere.

I've have been patient at this practice for about 21 years until today. I used to say that Dr. Senn was the best dentist in the world--but things change and sometimes people become pillars of salt, or some other metaphor of oblivion, and then stonewalls. I do not recommend this office. They are hard sell with a closer--they deny patient autonomy for profits. The patient does not get to decide. The doctor refuses to discuss your treatment plan and hands it off to the "office manager" closer, and you better check the right "treatment plan". If you refuse to be controlled they stop answering the phone. Crowns $2250 Glue it back on $300 (but we don't do that) Write a note to the dentist? No response. Write another? No response. Ask for your dental records? "Ten maybe twenty days". Oh you need the X-rays too? Ten maybe twenty days. They made a referral to an oral surgeon, don't send the x-rays that you already paid for. Six times requested. This is my experience. Yes, it is shocking. Good luck.

This is the best office ever. Clean, professional and most of all life changing. I cannot express my gratitude and will be forever indebted to the staff.

Wonderful Dr. and office crew. Never had any issues. Even recommended to family and friends. Always very professional. I trust Dr. Senn. And I never liked or trusted any Dentists before. Incredible team!

Dr. Senn is the best of the best. I travel to his office from Humboldt County regularly. He replaced all my metal fillings and removed some old infected root canal teeth. Silvia his assistant is the best assistant. Lisa in the front office always handles my insurance problems and questions efficiently. I really love this office.

I loved this dentist until they hired Lisa! She is rude and pushy. I realized at my last visit it was time to move my family to another dentist when she said "Dr. Senn's patients are sensitive and we are no longer catering to that, you can do this my way or move your care to another provider". I was shocked, my family had been with this office for 10years. I have seen Lisa literally make people break down crying, she has no empathy for how much dental work cost. Lisa will push you into an appointment saying things to you like, "if your not going to care about your teeth someone has to". Dr. Senn and Mann are amazing, to bad they have someone running their office who is disrespecting the values that built their successful business.

I Love Dr. Senn, he has done amazing work over the years. I have been forced to move dentists as one member of his staff has gotten worse and worse over the years and I just dread going in there now. So I have moved to another dentist. Staff is important and hopefully they will correct the error.

I received a very negative attitude from Lisa, who runs the office. Unfortunately, she was very condescending and unpleasant to me. I don't claim to be perfect, and certainly don't expect perfection from others, but her attitude and the way she handled my situation was uncalled for and disrespectful. I do not recommend supporting this business. There are other holistic dentists in the area, who are more professional and do great work.

Dr Senn is the best. He makes me feel safe and comfortable. His staff is helpful and friendly. Alicia the hygienist is incredible. She gave me an awesome cleaning.

This has been my hands-down best dentistry experience over many decades and having being treated by multiple dentists. I always feel extremely well cared for by both the staff and the impeccable work and big heart of Dr. Silvano Senn.
