Satisfied with the customer service and the professionalism of the workers ... somewhat satisfied after having a flipper to cover the part of the bridge that was removed but I ended up with a gap in front that I did not have before and the flipper teeth are higher than the other side so the teeth are lopsided. My natural teeth had no gap and were never higher on one side than the other side. I've gone elsewhere since to have this changed.

Had a dental emergency, showed up when they opened without an appointment. They evaluated the issue within 15-minutes, took care of the problem and had me on my way within an hour from arrival. Excellent service and best dental experience ever. Thanks

Went to get minor work done and they charged me so much just because it's an emergency and all the good dentists around were fully booked. When you are in need you get ripped off.

Professional, friendly, and they get you in very quickly for emergency appointments. I'm a huge wuss about the dentist and they were very patient in catering to my wussiness.

I see Dr.Ellis he is an amazing dentist and surgeon. I have been going here for a few years and always have an amazing experience. I just had 8 teeth taken out of my mouth I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and all 4 of my very back molars pulled I have been in a lot of pain and I'm going today to see what they can do for the pain.

You know how you go to the doctor / dentist and you arrive early but they don't even call your name until an hour past your appointment time? Not here. They are so quick, very helpful, extreme attention to detail. Dr.Ellis is a badass. 10/10 best place in Lima for dental work

I'm from out of town. Traveling for work, had s vehicle breakdown and a ongoing dental concern. After putting vehicle in shop, and getting a hotel room, I decided to get dental work done or at least checked out, since would be awhile getting home to an appointment scheduled for some weeks ahead. When somethings bothering you even if taking prescription for it, you want to check it out. I called many places and no one could take me in, even though I would be in town over a week. Noone until I called Whole Health. They took me right away. Spoke to Lisa who was great and they set me up with doctor J. The whole office seemed awesome. The hygienist was very good too , forget her name. Sorry. They set me up with a plan for decent price and a discount. I will get name of hygienist and repost. Thank you all so much!!! I go back in in a few days.

The Whole Health Dentistry Team is amazing. I had a dental emergency and they worked me in immediately and fixed the problem. Thank you so much! Amber, Lisa, both Jens, Ashley, Kim, Kristine, Andrea. I see Tiffany when I go and she always does great work. Dr. Erin is very professional and seems to really care about patient comfort. I still don't like going to the dentist, but the team at Whole Health makes the visit a lot more pleasant.
