We've been coming to Dr. Neal for almost 25 years. When our son was a young teenager, he had a really deep cavity and Dr. Neal had filled it. Well, I'm so sad to tell you I gave our son a tootsie pop. I'd forgotten. Yes, he chomped down hard on that tootsie pop and it pulled out all that work Dr. Neal had just done! My son was in so much pain. Dr. Neal speedily fixed it. He was so compassionate, kind and understanding. I'll never ever forget Dr. Neal's kindness. His care for me has earned him an A+! The entire office team exemplifies his high standards for caring excellence. When you have to go to the dentist as much as I have, you want to relax and feel confident in your doctor's skills and with his chosen staff. With Who Does Your Teeth working so hard for us, why would anyone choose or consider someone else?

I drove two and a half hours from Northern Virginia to get to this dentist. I'm not exaggerating either, though maybe it sounds ridiculous. I live about 125 miles north of there, but even after having been gone from Richmond for almost three years, I cannot find a dentist even half as good. I did look. They are the kindest, friendliest, most competent group -every single employee in the entire building, top to bottom- with the best technology available. They won't try to fill things that don't need it, they don't try to upsell you, they work with you to do the best possible with your insurance... They give me a blanket if I'm cold and sunglasses because you know darn well those lights are always blinding. I love them and until the whole practice shuts down -because even if Dr. Neal eventually retires, I trust him to train someone to follow him- I will continue to come here.

I've been a patient of Dr. Neal's since I moved to Richmond over 20 years ago. He sees my entire family and has seen my children through all of their orthodontic care. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful. I get the best dental care and the best cleanings. I have very sensitive teeth and they are extremely aware and take extra care to make sure I am comfortable during each visit.

This is an absolutely Wonderful dental office.The entire staff are friendly and welcoming.They take the time to get to know you personally and your dental needs.Dr. Neal is a true professional at what he does, Most adorable dentist ever. I cannot recommend this place enough. I was so frustrated with my previous dentist after scheduling appointment after appointment and not seeing any improvement in my oral health.. but when I came to Who Does Your Teeth.. they made a plan for me and we started to see improvements! They really work with you to find the best possible solution for your needs. Also, the staff are so friendly and nice!

All the folks who work there are friendly and provide great service. From the front desk to all the techs working to provide you the best service possible. They partner with you to provide the best dental care for you. My family has been going there for 6 years since we moved to the Richmond area. We have had crowns, adult (braces/ Invisalign ), they even were able to get me seen on the same day when an old filling fell out. Highly recommended

Cannot give enough stars! Staff is friendly, the office is warm and inviting. Dr. Neal is knowledgeable and works fast and efficiently. The Hygienist IS AMAZING she is kind and makes sure you are not in any pain. Recommend this office to everyone I can! They also have some of the coolest clocks you have ever seen!

I can't recommend Dr Neal, the hygienist and the staff enough. It's been years since the last time I've seen a dentist and they made me feel right at home. I've always dreaded going to the dentist but I can honestly say I don't dread coming here.

Have been a patient at this practice for many years and highly recommend. The team takes time with you and explains procedures, costs, etc... They use high quality, state of the art equipment and there is a focus on employee training. They work well together and it's very relaxing to be in the office. It's apparent that they are passionate about helping people.

Who Does Your Teeth is the absolute best dental practice. Dr. Neal and his staff are welcoming each and every time I visit. They use advanced technology and are very gentle. I enjoy coming to this practice. I feel like family here. Everyone knows something personal about me. They even send me a birthday card yearly. They offer patient of the month gifts too. The team and Dr. Neal are great! I will highly recommend "Who Does Your Teeth?".

I am among those who had previously dreaded going to the dentist, but I have been to Dr. Neal's practice now multiple times and cannot say enough good things about them. Every person there is friendly, responsive, professional and good at what they do. The care is thoughtful, personal and real. Dr. Neal is straightforward about problems when he finds them and about the options you have to address them. Easy five stars and would have given them six if that were an option.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Who Does Your Teeth!! Found them online when I was looking for a dentist to fix my cracked tooth. They were able to fit me in quickly and went above & beyond in making me feel taken care of! I'm now a regular patient and have been so impressed with the entire staff! From the front desk, staff and Dr. Neal himself. They are the nicest people and you will love going to the dentist here!!
