Not sure what kind of customer service they run at this place, but who would have the audacity to schedule you for a 9am appointment when they don't open the doors for patients until 10am. Do they think people are on free time basis, and have time to waste. People have jobs this is not right. Plus I had a not so good experience with my little boy, they took my money before performing the service, this is shady. I ended up not wanting to proceed with this office and was quite an ordeal to get my money refunded as if they were avoiding it.

I've been coming to the dental office for over a year they have been nothing but helpful, informative, and Sweet. The whole staff is just awesome, I've had an implant and a couple crowns done over the year and I've had no problems nor have they left me with unanswered questions. This place is amazing friendly front desk staff. Dr. Valde is amazing and her assistant Daniel is very nice and knowledgeable. He makes the dentist experience pleasurable !

Best Dental clinic ever. My daughter had a broken her tooth and they saw her immediately and saved her tooth. Otherwise she would lose her tooth. Great compassionate staff. Haide and Dr. David are very caring

If you are disabled, avoid this place like the plague. Honestly, everyone should. I am autistic with OCD & severe anxiety. I desperately need a wisdom tooth extraction, under sedation as I've already been fixating and having horrible nightmares and intrusive thoughts of the teeth extractions. This nightmare place kept trying to schedule me AWAKE with no sedation. When we fought for it, the insurance approved it within a week but they took almost two to actually do anything. Cut to removal day, we called because it was suspicious that they didn't say not to eat. The girl says full belly and I knew something was up. You need an empty tummy for anesthesia. Come to find out they were just going to do the surgery because they don't actually have an anesthesiologist at the practice and they were not going to inform us of this and took our insurance for the sedation and it seems like they were perfectly content to charge my insurance for visitation but they don't actually offer and never actually explained this to us in the two weeks waiting and never said that to Denti-Cal itself. It's shady, and it's really disrespectful to mentally ill People. Take us seriously. Just because I'm disabled doesn't mean you can manipulate me to do what you want.

I went in for a cleaning this past week. Covid protocols were in place including an unexpected double rinse with hydrogen peroxide. My hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning and scaling my teeth. She was pleasant and informative and guided me to focus my brushing a bit more in certain areas.This was followed with a polishing by another staff member, who finished it with an antibiotic rinse. I actually look forward to my dental appts because of the quality of their work and the courtesy and time afforded to their patients. I highly recommend this dental office.

Whittier Dental is always the best choice for dental services. The personnel are friendly, professional, and do a great job. Plus, they go above and beyond in caring for their patients, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Temperature checks, sanitizing, masks, and face shields to keep the patients safe. The dentists they have on this office are very professional from general dentist, and hygienist. They make sure that before the teeth is pulled that all findings are accurate. Found my new dental office.
