We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. As a convenience to our valued patients, we will file your insurance claims for you. Co-payment (if applicable) is required at the time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Because of our commitment to helping you achieve the highest level of dental health, we also offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit.
Karry K. Whitten, DDS, has been practicing in the Omaha area since graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1997. Dr. Whittens postgraduate credentials include a certificate in esthetic dental from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, certification in Invisalign orthodontics and a multilevel course certification in lip augmentation and Botox treatment. She is also working toward Accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and is a graduate of the prestigious Kois Center. In March of 2012, Dr. Whitten took over Braasch Dental following Dr. Braaschs move to Colorado. She continues to provide top quality care in a wonderful office environment. As of August 2013, Dr. Whitten is also a clinical instructor in the Periodontics Department at Creighton University School of Dentistry.
Tiffany has been working alongside Dr. Whitten for many years now, even prior to the launch of Whitten Dentistry & Spa. Tiffany is an asset to our team and her patient care is second to none, come see for yourself. She is a Nebraska native and Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time with her Husband, Damon and their beautiful daughter, Bellamy.
Thad is our in-office lab technician and ceramist. He has studied under some of the greatest known dental technicians both nationally and locally including Juan Oliver of Sandy, UT and Patrick Larson, owner of Larson Dental Lab in Omaha. Thad also attends continuing education courses at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Education, the Dawson Center for Continuing Education and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He received his IPS Empress/ All ceramic certification at LVI. Prior to joining our team Thad owned and operated Superior Dental Creations Dental Laboratory in Omaha. He is an AACD member, a 15 year Army National Guard veteran, and father of three boys. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Joni joined Whitten Dentistry & Spa in 2017, in case her name is familiar, she worked with Dr. Whitten in the past as well. She has over a decade of experience in Office Management, as well as in the Dental Insurance Industry. Joni resides in Savannah, GA and provides our team with administrative assistance remotely. Joni is the Mother of teen daughters, Jessica and Brooklyn. She and her Husband, Daniel, enjoy spending time together in their warm climate!
Our Scheduling Coordinator, Bethany, recently joined the Whitten Dentistry team. She joins us with 4 years of experience in dental administration. Bethany recently relocated to Nebraska from Minnesota, so she spends most of her free time sightseeing and trying new restaurants with her boyfriend, Jeremy and dog, Cuppy.
Ashley joined our team in March 2021 as a Dental Assistant. She is a 2018 Millard North High School Graduate with pre dental studies at Metro Community College. Ashley has a passion for Dentistry and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family!
Whitten Dentistry is pleased to welcome, Lindsey, Licensed Esthetician, to our team! Lindsey is originally from Auburn, Nebraska and graduated from Auburn High School in 2019. Lindsey went on to graduate from the College of Hair Design in June 2021 as an Esthetician. Lindsey is passionate about esthetics and enjoys helping people look and feel their best! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her puppy (a Labradoodle named Rocky), she also loves working out and spending time with her family!
At Whitten Dentistry & Spa, we believe in education and research and we want to share our knowledge with other dental providers. We are proud to offer seminars and hands-on training courses to other Dentists to allow them to broaden their knowledge of products such as botulinum toxins and dermal fillers so that they may provide these valuable services to their patients.
