Dr. Scott Whitney offers nearly 30 years experience as a general family dentist. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve Universitys School of Dental Medicine in 1992. Soon after graduating, he joined his father, Dr. James Whitney, to continue the familys legacy of exceptional dentistry.

After five years working side-by-side with his father, Dr. Scott Whitney designed and opened his own Broadview Heights dental office in 1997. As a former assistant professor with the Oral Diagnosis Department of CWRUs School of Dental Medicine, he remains involved and enthusiastic about dental education. In addition, he participates in various education and community service opportunities via the schools alumni association.

Teamwork makes the dream work and our dream is to continue providing the high quality dentistry our patients have come to expect. To accomplish this, our office team diligently pursues formal continuing education as a means of remaining current and proactive in the ever-evolving field of dental health.

We pursue individual and team-focused continuing education opportunities throughout the year. We continue to expand our clinical skills, our understanding of infection control protocols, and explore emerging dental technology. Incorporating this new information into the office requires excellent communication between Dr. Whitney, our clinical team, and our front office teamthats something that we strive to achieve every day.
