I am very blessed to work in a field that helps me to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I meet. I truly enjoy going to work every day and meeting so many different, unique people who all have something special to share. It is wonderful to make patients feel like theyre a part of our family and see the joy on their faces when they see their new smile.
I am an active community member of New Heights of NW Arkansas and also participate in Lifesource, Bethany Christian Services, and Smile for a Lifetime.I am also involved in our local church, singing in the praise band.
I took my undergraduate degree in Oklahoma State University, receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I then completed four years of dental school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. I completed a one year general practice residency at the Childrens Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Ultimately, I received my Master of Science degree in Orthodontics after three years of study at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
I had the honor of having been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Identifiably Orthopedics and have spoken nationally about the use of SureSmile. I am an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Northwest Arkansas Dental Association.
Community involvement is very important to us. Our patients have chosen us as their orthodontic provider and we are honored to give back to them. We support several local charities, sports teams, and extracurricular activities that our patients are involved in. We also are a part of a nonprofit organization called Smile for a Lifetime. Through this program we can offer complimentary orthodontic treatment to children that wouldnt be able to receive it by any other means.

The greatest place to get braces. They did such an amazing job with my treatment. Always answered all my questions and were so nice. I definitely recommend going to them.

My son is currently a patient here, so far it's been Great. The office staff and Doctor are always upbeat and friendly. It makes it very comforting for my son not to dreed his visits. We are slowly but surely seeing his teeth straighten. I'm excited to see the end result. I will defiantly take my younger son here as well as it's all been a very positive experience so far with my older son.

It's always a treat receiving treatment from the team at Whitlock Orthodontics. Myself and both of my children are undergoing treatment and they do everything possible to streamline our visits. They are working not only on teeth alignment, but also my TMD issues. The entire team is so friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone, both kids and adults!

Three kids and an adult mom in this family had the full Whitlock Orthodontics treatment over several years. The outcome was fantastic and the post-treatment follow up was great. When my son left for the Navy and broke his retainer, the amazing Whitlock team not only created a replacement but got it sent off for him ASAP!

Dr Whitlock takes time to know who you are. He loves each and every one of his patients! He has treated my daughter, myself, my husband, and many other family members. Dr Whitlock is the very best - and the only orthodontist that I recommend to everyone I know. Dr Whitlock has top-notch technology, and is always looking for ways to make the patient more comfortable during treatment. On top of that, he loves what he does, and is passionate about helping his amazing team learn more things every day! I love that you can see that when you walk in the door. You never walk in the door without seeing a smiling face, and feeling like you (or your child) is the most important person on earth. This even applies during these unprecedented times with COVID!
