Dr. Robert J. Whiting has been practicing dentistry since 2008. He and his brother founded Whiting Family Dental in 2009. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. Dr. Rob earned his DDS degree excelling in honors from the prestigious University of the Pacific: Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry. He is a member of Tau Kappa Omega and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Societies. After serving an LDS mission in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil he completed his Bachelors degree at Brigham Young University. He has enjoyed working in local communities providing dental care to underserved populations. Dr. Rob enjoys his job, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. Dr. Whiting and his wife Kaily have two boys and three girls.
Dr. Scott E. Whiting has been practicing dentistry at Whiting Family Dental since 2009. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Scott earned his DDS degree with Clinical Excellence awards from the prestigious University of the Pacific: Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry. After serving an LDS mission in Argentina where he learned fluent Spanish he attended Brigham Young University. He has worked in Mexico and also local communities providing dental care to underserved populations. Dr. Scott enjoys the country, outdoors, and traveling (especially to Lake Powell). Dr. Whiting and his wife Malarie love being together, enjoy serving in their church, and spending time with their two girls.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to. Very well run, set up, and modern. The dentist had good bedside manner, and the hygienist was phenomenal! She is the only hygienist who has been able to floss around my permanent retainer no problem. 10/10 would recommend. They will be my regular clinic from now on.

The Dr, assistant, and receptionist were great and very professional. I made an appointment and had to reschedule twice because of Covid and my work. The manager I believe, Tamy?, was very rude on the phone, sighed very heavily and rude -- I imagine she rolled her eyes over the phone -- when I told her I had to reschedule ( for the second time, mind you I gave them a week notice before my appointment). After this experience I switched dentist's office. What a shame because I liked the remaining staff.

Dr Whiting-both of them-are truly wonderful and experiences dentists. Highly thorough and knowledgeable, using up to date procedures and equipment. The office is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and Tammy who works with the insurance is amazing as well. She explains things throughly and she worked hard to fit my husband into the busy schedule when he had an awful toothache. We appreciate everyone at Whiting dentistry and highly recommend them.

I had my cleaning done here for the first time in December of 2018 and the service was excellent. Setting up the appointment was pleasant and easy and the staff were quite friendly. The hygienist who did the cleaning was very thorough and made sure to routinely ask if I needed a break from using the ultrasonic cleaner, since it can get a bit intense. After the cleaning the doctor did his inspection and seemed to be very thorough as well. One of the nice things that they have is a Pandora account playing whatever music you like during the cleaning. Very good idea! Highly recommended.

You will be WELL informed, with multiple options given to you. You'll be treated with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. If you want to be treated by someone who is honest and does quality work... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Just some genuine human beings, who really want to help others. I love the entire staff!

Amazing dental practice! Everyone was super friendly, from the first time I called the office to schedule an appointment through my multiple visits of playing "catch-up" with my teeth. I've had the great opportunity to meet and work with everyone at Whiting, and felt at home. Tamee even took the time out of her day to let me know that she was going submit a rebuttal to my insurance company on my behalf about their coverage. She is amazing. And any negative comments on here, I'd take with a grain of salt.

We love all the staff at Whiting! Usually going to the dentist is more of a chore but the staff always make you feel like family. Even my son loves going to the dentist because of them. I constantly recommend them to friends & family.

Best dentist ever! I have had horrible experiences in the past, but they are nothing but amazing at this clinic. The staff is amazing too. Those of you that have had a bad experience, everybody has a bad experience. The dentist can't control how your dental work heals.

Horrible experience, a week after extraction and still in pain. Went back and was told I need to tough my way through it. And ewasn't sent home w any pain relief or antibiotics. Now have an infection. Don't use this dental office.
